We loved this place. Staff is amazing, clearly management is keeping a tight leash to ensure quality, the property is well maintained, and the greenery is amazing. Food is varied and of very good quality, especially for an all-inclusive resort. We are a family of 3, two adults and a 7 years old boy. Just a few points of improvement. 1. While all staff is great, the beach bar staff are not. They are slow even when they see a long queue. Slow as in they are chatting to each other. 2. Could be more generous with pillows and towels (only 3 pillows and three towels for a room that sleeps 3). They did bring us more whne we asked. The pillow quality is also not great. 3. The animation team can do a better job with Egyptian kids. We addressed this issue and they responded that our child is the only Egyptian in the resort and they did make some effort with him. But later in our stay there were more than 10 Egyptian kids and none were intersted to join activites as no one was "marketing" the activities to them. Maybe some Arabic kids songs? It would have been a much better experience for us, the adults, if our son had been more included in the activities. Again, they made an effort when we asked, but we believe it should be something that they do anyway. 4. They said the pools were heated but they were very very cold so we suspect they were not heated. In general, it was a good stay and we would like to repeat it, but these are just some points of improvement.

Hotel resort was lovely, staff, cleanliness, layout, setting and amazing food. Huge choice of quality food produced fresh daily, drinks for all inclusive as expected were all ok, rooms are big, comfortable with good WiFi, WiFi available across the resort but dips in a few areas but does not cause issues. 100% would stay again and looking to book later in the year

Mein Name ist Mamado. Ich war zusammen mit meinem jüngeren Bruder eine Woche im Urlaub im Sataya Resort Marsa Alam, und ich möchte meine Erfahrung ehrlich mit euch teilen. Ich bin ein großer Reisefan und habe langjährige Erfahrung im Tourismusbereich. Ehrlich gesagt war ich vor dem Urlaub etwas besorgt, da der Aufenthalt sehr günstig war – wahrscheinlich einer der preiswertesten Urlaube, die ich je gebucht habe. Umso größer war meine positive Überraschung. Der Service und die Professionalität der Mitarbeiter waren überragend. Die ersten Personen, die ich getroffen habe, waren Amr an der Rezeption – extrem respektvoll, professionell und definitiv am richtigen Platz. Ebenso möchte ich Karim von der Rezeption danken, der mir das Zimmer zugewiesen hat. Es lag in der Mitte der Anlage, mit einer perfekten Lage – vielen Dank, Karim! Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen waren sehr sauber, mit vielen verschiedenen und leckeren Gerichten. Besonders das Abendessen war meine Lieblingszeit des Tages. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt, waren ordentlich und gut organisiert. Sehr positiv hervorzuheben: Niemand hat Trinkgeld verlangt, und der Service blieb trotzdem hervorragend. Service hier ist kein Trinkgeld-Service, sondern echte Professionalität – das verdient großen Respekt. Was die Getränke betrifft, hätte ich mir frische Säfte im All-Inclusive-Angebot gewünscht. Das habe ich jedoch gerne mit meinem Lieblingsgetränk ausgeglichen: französischer Kaffee von der Rezeption ☕️. Wir haben Tisch

Sataya was one of the best places we have experienced in Egypt. The only negatives were: Wheels on bed didn't lock Sales people had to be told multiple times daily,"when we want you we will find you, until then no thank you!" Otherwise we greatly enjoyed our trip and hope to return someday.

The whole resort was spotless. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Happened to witness a lifeguard in action and I was blown away by his speedy reaction. All food in the restaurants and pastries in the bars were of high quality and very fresh. The room was very comfortable and clean.

We hadden geboekt voor 1 nacht tijdens onze vakantie in Hurghada (transfer vanuit Hurghada ongeveer 3 uur rijden). Bedoeling was om te gaan snorkelen aan het huisrif maar dit was helaas onmogelijk wegens de weersomstandigheden. We werden na een zeer hartelijke ontvangst naar onze kamer gebracht (17201) met mooi uitzicht op een van de vele zwembaden. De kamer was groot, mooi, van alle comfort voorzien en proper. Het resort is redelijk groot en goed onderhouden. Het strand voor het hotel is zeer ruim, hou echter rekening dat dit een koraalstrand is, je kan er niet zomaar de zee ingaan. Er is een lange pier die je tot aan het huisrif in zee brengt. De toiletten op het strand aan de duikclub waren vies, dit is een verbeterpunt Lange strandwandeling is mogelijk, veel kleine krabbetjes te spotten. De restauratie in het resort is top, wij vonden alles in het hoofdrestaurant zeer goed op smaak, veel keuze in gerechten en desserts. We hebben hier echt smakelijk gegeten. Dank aan Mohammed Al Arabya voor de goede service in het restaurant. De cocktails waren niet naar onze smaak, te veel siroopsapjes. Verder is er ruime keuze aan verschillende zwembaden waarvan eentje Adults Only, een Aqua Park en zelfs een heuse Lazy River waar je kan op dobberen. Wij zouden hier zeker terugkomen en hopelijk kunnen we dan wel het huisrif en de onderwaterwereld bewonderen. Op dit moment is er een extra zone in aanbouw maar daar ondervindt je als gast geen hinder van. Dank u wel Sataya Resort!

Everything was amazing, the facilities, the reef, the pools, and staff, everything, just the beach itself was not that friendly as it's rocky nonetheless, the management have a solution for guests who want to enjoy the beach but not in the reed snorkeling area, and the green areas were remarkable and the food quality is top, sure it won't be the last time to go there.

Joli établissement avec plusieurs piscines dont une a toboggans. Propre , bien animé dans la journée ainsi que le soir sans trop de bruit non plus. Un all inclusive très correct rapport qualité prix. Adapté aux familles et enfants Chambres propres et confortables malgré quelques rénovations a prévoir. Trés beau séjour, je recommande cet hôtel !

Bel resort. Molto curato. Camere spaziose e fantastiche. E' stato molto piacevole soggiornarci. I nostri figli hanno adorato l’acqua-park, le numerose e diverse piscine e il pontone per accedere al reef. Molto famigliare e tanti bambini. Soprattutto famiglie italiane durante il nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo scoperto dopo che è gestito da Alpitour. Unica pecca, se si può dire, è (forse) il cibo. Il cibo a buffet è davvero ottimo e con grande varietà ma alla lunga appare un po' ripetitivo. Speriamo di tornarci.
