All the hotel grounds and the pools are very nice. The outside of our room / bungalow was very also nice - we especially liked our private hot tube. But the bedrooms inside were very basic and you wouldn't want to spend time in them between sleeping. To go to the bathroom from a bedroom, one had to walk through outside. Food in the restaurant was eatable, but below average. Overall, it was nice to spend one night there, but for $200+/night a couple would expect more. Although the two bedrooms in our bungalow had 3 double beds and for such a group it would surely make more sense.

The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are big except they dont have bug screens and smells moldy. The highlight is the Spa and Sauna, so relaxing. They also need to improve the restaurant there were several meals not available as well as drinks. Otherwise the place is beautiful , clean and very relaxing

The facilities need work, there are broken tiles in the pools, along with leaves and debris. Only one of the two saunas were open and some of the pools were empty, others the water looked disgusting and no one was going in them. We ordered dinner and waited over 20 minutes for our drinks and then had to ask for them to be served. The room was nice but had a moldy smell. Not a great stay at all.

Amenities…no orange juice? No wine? No dishes to take the meal to the room? The meals need much improvrestaurant and reception staff could benefit from capacity-building. Although the place is relatively new compared to its nearby thermal waters competitors, it is apparent this place can learn a few things from them.

I would not consider this spot a spa. It’s more like when the Grizwalds arrived at the deserted amusement park. Only one of the reported 11 pools was working and it was a pool not a hot spring which is fine but not what was advertised. I think this is a spot where local family’s come to hang out so their kids can swim which again, if fine. The room was ok the bedding was a little questionable lots of stains but it was nice and quiet through the night so that’s good. I am writing this so travelers don’t go thinking they are getting a spa experience like we did.
