I highly recommended this hotel. The Haiti apartment hotel could be my highest rated hotel. You can travel to and from the hotel by free shuttle with no travel disruptions. The rooms are enormous! See the photos to see the options based on your requirements. The kitchen and office in my room had a good range of channels, tea, coffee making facilities, a fridge, and complimentary bottled water and soft drink available each day. The room rate included both a breakfast buffet and a dinner set menu which were both excellent! They were also willing to adjust. Yes, laundry was done for free. On the same day, I returned. Service was now on another level! Personalized! Everyone was really helpful and friendly. This was my first visit to Adds, and they assisted me with all sorts of things, even those they didn't have to. Stephano, the proprietor, I assume, is present and ready to advise along with his incredible team. I had a great time visiting Adds thanks to them! I will return!

The hotel has a large and very nice clean room! The staff are very lovely Ethiopian women queens of Sheba and they enjoy serving guests! The only hotel I have was where laundry is free no additional costs and is delivered within hours of the same day! Nice breakfast! The office in some room with AC helped me to do some work that I could not do on my laptop.

Despite the hotel being so clean and the service will be provided right away. The lovely team and owner will make you feel at home. Special treatment is given to every guest regardless of nationality, origin, religious belief, etc. Even special dishes will be made for you without asking. The best team I have ever met in my life.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The location is convenient with delicious food and the owner makes sure that the guest feels at home. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. The internet worked well as well. Transport is also provided when needed which is quite convenient.

The Reception girls and all the staff including the guards are very polite friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and specious. But the area is noisy at nite time. Next door there is a wonderful pastry (French). Nice cake and capuchino.

The room is dirty and the water of bath contained a lot of sands and dust. Temperature of water was not be able to be controled (I had to wash my face and tooth with very hot water I can't touch). When I check out, a receptionist and manager requested paying accomodation fee to me. I explained I have paid through Hotels.com with the payment receipt, and a receptionist confirmed when I checked in, they just repeatedly insisted they didn't receive any resevation and payment. I have faced the similar situation in Ethiopia as the hotel industry is not so mature, but this time is the worst because of their rude attitude. I don't recommend to stay at this hotel. The location is convenient.

I booked this hotel for my employer to attend a conference, and paid for the stay in full through the booking website. Upon checking out, my employer was told by the receptionist that the bill had not yet been paid, so she paid the bill in cash. Only on her return did we realize that we had double paid. I wrote to the manager and explained the mistake, and he apologized and offered to reimburse us for the amount. After sending the details he requested, we heard no more. All emails were bounced back undelivered, even the telephone numbers were disconnected. We doubt that this hotel still exists. If it does, we recommend not to use it.
