The Hotel is cozy and comfortable, perfect to wind down in after a long day. What really makes it come alive are the staff, who are very kind, professional, and helpful. Design and facilities are also of a very high standard. I would highly recommend this hotel for both leisure and business travelers who are looking for a nice place to stay in Addis.

We voted unanimously that this was our favorite hotel in Egypt among all the hotels we have stayed in. Lovely clean rooms with a local feel, reliable warm water, decent wifi, extremely helpful staff, great food, and reasonable prices. The gym, spa, and pool are all wonderful. I think the area it's in is a bit central or shady, but if this isn't an issue, I'd have no hesitation whatsoever to give it 5 stars.

Excellent property, with really Western style hotel rooms. Much cleaner than the ones I have seen in Los Angeles. Everything was kept clean and the staff were very nice. It is worth for the money. The only issue is with the food. So much oil on the food gave me diarrhea all night long. Would probably not eat any food with oil based.

This is a beautiful hotel. My kids loved the pools and the playset. My husband and I loved the gym. Staff is very friendly. Food was great. Our room was large, beautiful and clean. We would definitely stay there again!

I had a great time with my family. Several months ago, my family had virtually stayed here, but friend complaints about poor customer service disqualified us. We decided to try it again this time, staying for three nights. On more than one occasion, my children have offered us excellent customer service. I agreed. My buddies never gave us the same things I had read. The most substantial portion of the fajitas didnt taste Mexican, but the chicken wings were way too fried. I believe they used bbd sauce. I particularly adored the ravioli. I once utilized the sauna and gym. The gym had everything I needed, but the layout didnt allow much space to use the dumbbells. My family also used the pool. The hot tub was lukewarm the first time we used it, and it was colder than lukewarm. The second response, the hot tub was warmer, but it wasnt hot. It was also full of children. On the day of our stay, the larger pool was slightly warmer, but not as warm as planned. Also, the shower never began to get hot. The hotel smelled like a fast food restaurant as if food was being heated all day long. Fourteenth, both roomsafes stopped working. One night, we were on our way to dinner, and we had to wait more than 20 minutes just to open

I had another pleasant stay at the mega longer this summer. The rooms are very nice, the staff very friendly and most speak English. The outside pool area is beautiful and in the evening with the fires going it can be resortlike. The wifi is usually good, and the food at the restaurant is plentiful and tasty. There is very little parking since they turned part of the car park into a roller skating area, but I do not drive in adds so it wasnt an issue.

Very pleasant stay while in transit through Addis. Some night noise with a beeping smoke alarm in the corridor. But, great pool, gym and breakfast in the morning. Very friendly!

lovely friendly staff throughout the property. Great value for money and a really good breakfast and restaurant. I can highly recommend this hotel and appreciate the effort that goes into having an enjoyable stay. Not that it is perfect, the wi-fi is an issue but then maybe that is true throughout the whole country? Mosquito nets would be useful or a fan?

화장실 청결상태가 완전히 불량합니다. 천장에 페인트가 떨어지고 가장 큰 문제는 와이파이 설정이 너무 어렵습니다. 그리고 매번 TV를 켜서 설정을 해야 하고 하니 와이파이가 매우 불편합니다.

Looks like the entire place needs renovation mostly the pool side is very dirty and they are still allowing people swim in it my kids rashes all on their skin after we left the place
