Disappointed, thought I was being upgraded, in fact was downgraded to a room with no ocean view. I did get a $200 credit, would have preferred the ocean view. Once unpacked couldn't be bothered complaining to move back to original room.

I stayed in a unit with my daughter and 10 month old granddaughter. I could not give enough praise to the staff across the complex. Nothing was too hard. Their positive attitude was outstanding. The nanny service gave us some much needed R&R and Kids Club was ideal for a young pre walking baby. The breakfast was substantial with a wide selection of dishes. Three restaurants and the deli were outstanding. The pools were clean and uncrowned. The adult area and pool offered peace and quiet - overlooking the ocean. Highly recommend this resort.

The staff are amazing! 10/10 the kindest, happiest people! They don’t hesitate to help or answer questions! The resort is very kid friendly, but has an adult side pool and adult side rooms. The food is geared more for asian/Indian and Australians. We were happy to eat some local Fijian dishes, but struggled with many of the food options. The Chinese food randomly found on the breakfast buffet was pretty good. I’m sure the food options were tasty for other cultures, but for an American, the flavors were lacking at times. The best food we had was the Mexican food buffet they had on the first night we stayed. It was delicious!

The staff are so welcoming and helpful! Loved the variety of restaurants, the multiple pools, and daily poolside activities. There are buggies that can take you from one end of the resort to the other, especially helpful when you have your luggage. And the Jack’s shop gives you a 20% off coupon with your receipt and has all the swimming essentials and cute souvenirs.

My wife and I stayed at Hilton Fiji resort for two weeks in march. We booked a one king bed ocean view with private plunge pool room. The room is absolutely massive almost 900 ft.² with wonderful amenities. I have to say that the gym was very well equipped, and all the pools on property are amazing. The lounge chairs are very comfy and all three of the restaurants on property are to die for. But make sure to go for your breakfast to Nuku with chef Tevita. He runs the kitchen wonderfully, by day three he was making my wife and I off the menu, breakfast platters with fruit and coconut pancakes that are to die for. The property is only 1.1 miles from the pier where you can book all your island expeditions and find even more wonderful places to eat, including bonefish. As far as the Hilton itself, the staff were so kind and amazing and they can help you with anything you need especially if you want to go shopping in town. I recommend getting the room upgrade for anyone traveling even just couples as you get a grill, refrigerator, kitchenette, and washing machine that can be so vital when you are staying at one resort for a week or more. Such a wonderful experience.
