No smoking inside the apartment. A designated smoking area is allocated in the backyard seating area.
No unregistered guests are allowed.
No eating and drinking in the bedrooms.
Noise curfew after 10pm.
Turn off the AC, fan, and other electronics when leaving the apartment.
Do Not rearrange the furniture.
Respect check in and check out times.
Take extra care of your set of keys. A lost set would incur replacement fees.
Takecare of the fixtures, furnishings and chattels.
Any intentional or reckless damages would result in a report on agoda on your account.
However, if there is any accidental damage to any of the property items, please do not hesitate to contact the host or leave a note on your checkout to bring the damage to the hosts attention.
Keep the kitchen sink clear of dishes when checking out.
Trash bin located in the backyard should be taken to the bin area on the front gate and left on top of the cage for collection by the city council on checkout.
No illicit and illegal substances are allowed on the premises at all times.
