If you book a hotel break with a single guest, you have high expectations for the room. However, the situation is different. Standard room and bathroom are fine. The room itself was not very clean. Staff was friendly, but that was not enough. Will not stay again. Gym was ok and breakfast was also good.

This hotel is perfect for those who like to ski and do downhill skiing or hiking in the forest. Breakfast is included. I'm sad that the hotel has a great gym, but I didn't use it. The rooms are nice and not too small.

Excellent location near the slopes, good service at breakfast. The receptionist is not very friendly. There are extremely long lines in high season because the restaurant downstairs does not take reservations for groups under 6 people.

Our room had a decently sized balcony and ample parking was available for a fee. Breakfast was fairly typical, with a confined area despite the delayed departure schedule for visitors. What would require more consideration were the check-in and breakfast booking facilities. We arrived, were looking at a long line at the reception and used a self-service check-in kiosk, received our keys, and were content. On our way to dinner, by chance, we noticed a notice about having to reserve a table for breakfast due to the staggering, which was a surprise because there was no information about this at the checking kiosk. After standing in line to the reception, this was resolved, but it could have been a lot smoother.
