I adore the smell of eggs hot in the morning, they were very cool, the hotel staff is friendly, and the service is quite nice. They have good design in the lobby, room, and restaurant. The breakfast warm is delicious, and things to develop douplebed don't stay together. If you just watch the Aurora, you will be very slipper. Breakfast eggs should be cooked in a warm lamb, as the eggs are now a little cold. They also need a cup and spoon close to the eggs.

The hotel is clean, with an igloo in the back row with a sauna. The view from here is incredible. Nothing beats falling asleep under the stars and seeing snow falling on the trees outside the forest. Breakfast is good with a wide variety. The bar and restaurant are elegant and sophisticated.

Overall, a fantastic experience, but you will have to reconsider visiting once more given the cost and amenities you get. My review is somewhat sceptical because we had spotted the aurora borealis there, which was simply and utterly unexpected. The hotel sends you notifications about electronic devices in your room. The room was lovely, with its impressive glass panels and ceiling, and it was lovely to sleep under the stars if it wasn't snowed in. For the cost you pay, the facilities are quite standard. There is only a kettle with no cups, no tea, or coffee. Also dissatisfying is that there is no spa facility of even a basic sauna or steam. The breakfast is nice and substantial, but from rp. onwards, the restaurant is closed for lunch and serves dinner only until late at night. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and polite, which made the experience a little better. The husky park and Santas Village are both close to the hotel.

In November 2021, my wife and I spent our honeymoon at the Santas Igloos, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The hotel was only beginning to reopen after the covid-19 pandemic, so it was quiet, which we preferred. The hotel manager, Sha, was extremely accommodating. As it was our honeymoon, he offered us a complimentary upgrade from our glass igloo to one with a sauna, which added to the good thing. He offered to drive us to our destination in his own vehicle even one day, even when our taxi didn't seem to go. We cannot express how gracious we received. On a bed and breakfast basis, we stayed at the hotel. Due to the covid 19 epidemic, there was no lunch or dinner service at the hotel. However, santas village's main dining area was close by where a few different eateries were accessible. The hotel lobby and main dining areas were tastefully decorated and featured a Christmas theme. All the front desk personnel were very welcoming and frequently advised us about the likelihood that the northern lights might be visible in the evening. Breakfast options were basic but there was limited hot options because you were a vegetarian. The waffle maker, however, was an incredible surprise every morning. The accommodations were quite cozy and surprisingly more spacious than we had anticipated. We had a great day when waking up to the snow and winter
