Amazing experience. Amazing experience. The way they deal with problems is very professional. Check in was delayed. They were very honest and told us that cleaning the rooms would take a while. They provided us with a drink in the bar while we were there. The manager came just 20 minutes later to let us know that the room was ready. 4 They were very professional and apologized for the delay. We had also the opportunity to use the pool on the second day.

I had never tried the restaurant before, but it looked expensive. I liked the bar and terrace. There was live music in the bar on Saturday night. This was a nice surprise. The hotel was nice and helpful. My one improvement would be the spa during my stay at the hotel rather than merely a discount for a spa pass. The spa is nice, but not as big as it appears.

The hotel is obviously warm, but with a predominantly white clinical look that sometimes gives it the character of a high-end private hospital. The location is great, extending into lakeside gardens one direction, and into the city center on the other. The hotel also has a lovely garden where you can have a drink. Our room was very comfortable and well furnished with views of greenery. We were there passing through on a cross-country trip, so we didn't use the spa, which requires an additional fee. There is a free pool on the top level that we used. Its in an odd shape and flows in and out from the outdoors, so you can't really swim laps, but it's a good place to just unwind. Breakfast was not included in our price and was very expensive. It looked good, but we preferred to buy pastries and fruit in town and eat in the room using the coffee machine. I have no specific demands from the staff, so I can't judge the service, but everyone seemed perfectly friendly. There is a garage across the street with a reasonable daily rate.

The only 5-star hotel in Vicky is a shame given the town's excellent hospitality history. And this one deserves to be included in the top category and instead deserves to be rated 4-star. However, the prices are quite high. The rooms are dated, especially the bathrooms, and in actuality, the entire hotel has seen better times. The rooftop pool is small and mostly indoors, and it was overcrowded during the offseason. On the plus side, the location is excellent, and the restaurant is excellent. When we were there in August, a lot of effort was made with an outdoor grill, music, and even fireworks. The food was delicious, as were our service. Overall, this is probably still the greatest location to stay in town, but how amazing it would be to see a real 5 star hotel open in Vicky!.

Could a hotel experience be more perfect? Two nights each after a long day of traveling, no hotel could have been better, beautiful rooms with views of a beautiful old park and perfect beds spa with hammer and huge hydromassage pool to relax the muscles simple, great dinner outdoors with sunshine, exquisite dishes desserts especially fine, and warm, friendly staff serving discreetly but attentively.
