We arrived shortly after the hotel restaurant closed, and all other cafes and supermarkets, including some of the cafes and supermarkets, were closed because it was a Sunday night. My family hadn't eaten since around lunch, so I asked the hotel receptionist what was available for them, and she politely told me there was nothing available until breakfast. When it came to the food, there wasn't much choice, and it was awful. We were shocked to discover a saucepan stuffed with sloppy and flavorless cheese, stale bread, and nothing else because we were told the fondue was amazing. We didn't eat there again because we were told that the fondue was fantastic. Instead, we traveled up the hill to another restaurant, which enriched the holiday with it's amazing cuisine. Although the walls are paper thin, the hotel is lovely and spotless, and the accommodations are pleasant. They were only open during their limited hours. Marie was delightful to us, but only if you could speak French.

What a wonderful new year's ski holiday in this family-run, modestly sized hotel with a lovely spa area. The hotel, which has been in the owners' family since 1693, was a bit unique and had a lovely personality. After a day on the slopes, guests loved the spa, fire pit, free WiFi, and games in the bar. The 3-course evening meal was excellent, and the gala meal on New Year's Eve was superb. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and they had lovely mountain views from the balcony. A continental buffet breakfast with plenty of selection and excellent coffee was offered. I wouldn't complain about this lovely hotel all the time and will most certainly book it again. Thank you very much, marie, tres pleasant jobs.

Our visit to Crystal Ski Vacations gave us a wonderful opportunity to discover this hotel. What a wonderful surprise it was! We only had a shower in our en suite room because of their reasonably roomy, spotless, modern accommodations that offer mountain views. Room service is available on a daily basis to empty trash, make beds, and replenish towels as needed. In the ski storage area, heated ski boot racks were appreciated. Despite having poor English, the owner was always eager to assist and often without being asked. Since I was sadly injured and spent the last three days on crutches, the proprietor graciously requested her brother to help me get me a ride to the doctor, and let me borrow some magically made crutches while I was having breakfast with my family. I planned to go up the valley in cars les claus the following day as I planned to meet my family for lunch the following morning. Unbeknownst to me, the bus driver was drinking coffee in the hotel. It is sufficient to say that I was picked up by the local town bus at the hotel's entrance and given clear directions on how to reach the restaurant I had chosen. The food was outstanding every night, and the continental breakfast was delicious and plentiful each morning. The hotel has a lovely little spa, as well as bathrobes and disposable flip flops. The jacuzzi might have been warmer for

Small, very friendly, French-style hotel with a set menu. A lovely bedroom with a proper bath! After a day of skiing, I took advantage of the spa. Note that it is possible to get a discount on the lift ticket at the hotel. When I racked up a lift ticket, Mariepierre was extremely helpful and prevented ski time-wasting. There are only 4 Brits, all the rest are French. We made an effort to speak French and failed.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the food in this hotel for a very reasonable price. We stayed here for two nights in summer and the hotel was quiet, the staff were very friendly and the room was nice and clean. The shower drain was clogged, so you ended up showering with your feet in the water. Not a problem. We had dinner twice at the hotel restaurant Le Moulin. And it has to be said that this was by far the best food we had during our holiday in France and Italy. Highly recommended! The hotel also has a spa that is free for hotel guests after 17.00 according to the hotel information brochure. Unfortunately the sauna and steam room hammer were not working. We could hang out in the jacuzzi, but that was about it.
