I really liked the food, it's freshly cooked and hot, feels like homemade cooking. The restaurant is nestled in a lush environment. I enjoy the reasonable prices that come with the delicious lunch we share with friends.

The hotel has a lovely little pool. We stayed for two nights for a nearby wedding. We had dinner the first night on the terrace, which was wonderful. You may choose one course or a selection of two menus. Being in the heart of one of the world's top winegrowing regions, I thought the wine was overpriced, starting at about 24 and a bottle on average at about 35. The restaurant is very popular with the locals. Reviewing the room is a challenge. It was definitely cheap, but that shouldn't mean one has to put up with a loo off the bedroom that is only big enough to physically reach knees touching the locked door and completely unventilated. The shower room had a virtually useless basin which was about the size of an eyeball and general decor around the edges of the tiles and floor. The light over my wife's bed was inoperable, so the proprietor provided a different bedside lamp, which was fine. The networking light however decided to intermittently turn on and off at night, and flashed on and off. It made no difference for me to switch on and off, and I didn't want to take the bulb out because the fixture was mainly made of metal and I wanted to go to the wedding with me alive. This hotel and restaurant is located in a beautiful rural area but just about 3 or 4 a. M. From Vichy Village. You can eat outside on a lovely terrace and the food is always dependable with a good selection and excellent service. When it's hot or just a matter of bad weather, there is an air-conditioned dining area that overlooks the terrace. We only used the restaurant but the hotel guests always seem happy there.

We reserved here for one night while touring the Gornon. We would have missed the waterfall and cave if we had been travelling elsewhere. Although the room was adequate for the family, it was not the best place we stayed during our two-week vacation. Only the main building has wifi access. The homemade rolls were hard, stale, and stale croissants, which you wouldn't anticipate in France, which were rather subpar. We only stayed one night in the end and then visited the grass, which is wonderful.

The staff is extremely attentive and accommodating. It is a family-run endeavor with everyone very caring and helpful. It is completely tranquil, hidden away from the main road by vineyards and fields, and surrounded by a few other farm homes. On a nearby field, there are also donkeys. Everything was green and lush when we visited in May and the spring flowers were already blooming. Beautiful. The meal was excellent, and breakfast included homemade bread rolls and fruit salad.
