Very satisfying when we stay in November 2015. The flight had lost our baggage, but the hosts helped us with tracking down our baggage despite the airline offices and weekends and holidays. I have great hosts and amazing accommodations. We will return. Breakfast is excellent with coffee, fruit, cereal, yogurt, fresh baguettes, and a fully equipped kitchen that we can use as our own room for dinner. Convenient location to a charming old town and access to nearby auto-tours.

If you visit Troyes, you must come here. My partner and I stayed here for a few nights and it was by far our favorite place on our ten-day tour of Burgundy. The owner, Alan is beautiful and very helpful. The room is very spacious, spotless and well-designed. Breakfast was delicious with home-made croissants, baguettes, fresh fruit, yoghurt, and a variety of teas. The city center is also close by on foot.

We spent the night at Au Film de Troyes visiting family because my 9 year old is very active. The location was fantastic, and Alain and Familia were wonderful, welcoming and kind hosts. The room itself was cozy and roomy. To make this property feel like a home away from home, a lot of work has been done. Everything, including the train station, bus stops, bakeries, and supermarkets, was within walking distance, making it a great choice. I would strongly suggest you stay here and, as a result, we really hope to return. Australian Annalise.
