We only ate in the restaurant, so I cannot comment on the hotel. The service was excellent, standards were of michelin quality, with a lot of serving staff and all knowledgable. The rib of beef was fantastic cooked to perfection. Nice selection of wine, although many restaurants in the area only serve local wines. If you can get a reservation I highly recommend it.

Do not have a budget meal, but go for a good value fine dining experience. We paid 85 euros for 2 courses. 3 course menu plus wine, very worth it. We stayed further along the canal so rode our bikes there and back, great experience.

On a lovely June evening, I had a wonderful meal at Au savoir. The location is fantastic, right by the canal du midi and has a shaded outdoor dining area. The service was helpful and friendly, and the cuisine was fantastic, especially considering the fact that each of the ingredients cost 30 euros. Foie gras and Spanish ham with an avocadogazpacho mousse, steak with incredible chips, cod with chorizo, and raspberry tiramisu were all served. Everything was tastefully prepared and presented. A wonderful meal served in a wonderful setting with great staff.

I have visited Spain twice before, having a good experience when I stay here. The rooms are comfortable, with a nice bathroom, and a good food, but there are no veggie options available. I will be back because Sandra was very helpful and knows many languages.

I came here to savor lunch with friends. After an hour long walk before lunch on the canal in the heat, we appreciated an aperitif in the shade. Wonderful table in a sunny outdoor space. Starters with foie gras, some delicious turbots, and Iagnes lamb. Their speciality Grand Mariner souffle is followed by raspberry tiramisu. All were drenched in chilled filou wine. Excellent service. Courteous and experienced. Weve been wanting to come here for a while, should have come earlier! Will undoubtedly return.
