This place is ideal for a trip to France and offer a wonderful chance to get to know a village in northern France. The host american and the host French will serve you tasty dinners and a conversation in the house. The location is a fantastic destination to explore the beauty and history of Flamand.

We stayed at La Femme de La Parole for a week after coming from San Francisco. Don and Bea were great hosts, very humble, engaging, and entertaining. Lovely rural setting with easy access to all the attractions. We loved the hearty, home-cooked meals and were sorry to have to leave.

After a few days in Paris, la femme de la parole was the perfect place to stay in the French countryside! The location is perfect, close to ville, bruges, gent, Omaha Beach and many other historical World War I World war sites. The house itself is a beautiful farm house from the 1800 s! Don't miss the opportunity to experience this jewel in northern France.

We will return and stay longer to explore the area. Our two-day trip was too brief! This is an amazing escape to the northern French countryside. The host and hostess create an atmosphere that invites you to enjoy the charm of an ancient flemish farm in a pastoral setting that exudes peace and beauty. Since our last visit, a lovely chapel has been added that provides a space for reflection and contemplation, far from the hustle and bustle of life. The room was beautifully decorated, with an ensure bathroom to guarantee the comfort of guests.

We got excellent service and communication before we got here. The room was excellent, and the food was excellent. Don and Bea were a kind and helpful hostess and we thoroughly enjoyed their company. Also very helpful were some recommendations for places to visit, like a couple and restaurants.
