Our home exchange family recommended Submerge Frankenbourg. We are so glad they did! The food was fascinating and delicious. Their attention to detail is amazing and the staff is fantastic. We had the seasonal menu with matching wines. It is very good value and more dishes than indicated on the written menu.

The host was so helpful and kind. They can explain everything about the menu so you can cook it yourself. They prepare a really great and simple dish without a lot to eat. The atmosphere was so warm and comfortable. The rate is also affordable for all they offer. A really good deal with the rooms! The simplest breakfast I've had in a long time. Just excellent food, with a feeling of warmth. Very strongly recommended.

We chose this location to celebrate my sister and cousins special birthdays. I am so glad we did. When we arrived, we sat outside and enjoyed a glass of cement. After that, we were shown to our table in the lovely restaurant. We chose the five course menu with paired wines at 92 each. Once more, I'm very happy we did. Each course was lovely, we were allowed to swap courses for those who didn't like them. The service was impeccable, and the entire staff was very nice. The entire evening was a wonderful experience with incredible food, a beautiful venue, and wonderful staff. We would definitely recommend this place for an evening to remember. Thanks, Frankenbourg.

The chef has been entertaining guests for the second time. The restaurant has a modern and stylish feel to it, as the waiters serve. The meal menu consists of two sets of items placed in a bowl. Although the food was excellent, the bowl was foul, most likely due to the dishwasher. The wine glass was fine, but the water glasses had the same foul odor. While the last dish, the dessert, smelt so awful that we had to shift the plates to the opposite side of the table in order to consume the food the chef had prepared appeared to have faded out of the terrible scent. It is a terrible shame that incredibly awfully odorous plates, bowls, and glasses ruin the chefs excellent work. We made it clear to the grant that he ought to examine the dishwashing quality more closely. The most important thing to do was to check the cleanliness of the kitchens smelty plates. This is unworthy of a Michelin star.

I'll definitely come back. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Excellent cooking, inventive and delicious. Wines associated were perfect matches. Overall service was excellent, discrete and efficient.
