Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La vue est tout simplement magnifique. Le personnel est adorable, toujours souriant et attentionné. La chambre était très propre et confortable. Un léger bémol toutefois concernant le repas du soir et le petit déjeuner, qui manquaient un peu de variété et de saveur. Malgré cela, l’ensemble reste très positif et nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour.

Bonjour, Nous avons découvert le site de Bussang. Excellent accueil à l'arrivée. Le studio prémium dans l'immeuble "brimbelles" était en parfait état. Propreté exceptionnelle ,il est rare de trouver des locations aussi propre. Très bonne literie "king size". Kitchennette bien équipée. Situation et vue sur les montagnes. Au vu de la qualité du complexe, nous avons, avant notre départ, réservé une semaine en novembre. Je recommande sans problème ce lieu.

Vraiment génial. Nous avons pris le studio supérieur. Nourriture buffet de qualité. Oui il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix mais il vaut mieux miser la qualité que quantité. Dessert maison le chef a fait une omelette norvégienne 'live cooking. Nombreuses animations' Belle piscine. Un bémol : le checkout à 10h00 c'est trop tôt

We had reserved two apartments for four people and three children through application. We had a few issues before our departure with regard to the location of the apartments and the unusual manner in which the hotel had helped themselves to cash in our bank account. We decided to proceed and looked forward to our family vacation with all the assurances we received from application. After being delayed in Calais, we were unable to get to the resort before the 7. 15 pm closing time for the reception desk, so we contacted them to let them know we would be arriving around rp. Because our keys would have to be left in an envelope stuck on the front door for everyone to see our accommodation was nowhere near the one described and confirmed by application. We were in the Coyotes, a good 1520 minute walk uphill from the main buildingswimming pool, not the 5 minute walk application had confirmed to us in writing after contacting azure on our behalf. The flat was on one level and had a big bedroom with a double bed and two single beds reserved for my husband and me. There was no desk, cable, kettle, oven, sofa and two bed for our two children, as well as the actual front door lock damaged, so the accommodation was not logged from the outside. The resort was clogged with debris, and we went to reception the next morning first thing to try

6 adults and 2 very young children stayed for 3 nights. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay, but in several ways, this wasnt a typical hotel experience. Its important to learn this when booking, so take your time to check our impressions experiencesrecommendations. You are not sleeping in the village bussing. You are sleeping in a ski station near bussing. That sounds like a small difference, but keep in mind the hotel is at a relatively high elevation. If you are a cyclist, as some of the groups in our party were, it isnt really feasible to ride a quick bicycle to get some fresh bread in the morning, for instance. The clime is long and sloping. Breakfast is provided in the main building. The breakfast room was overcrowded while we were there, and several items were already full. I strongly advise buying your breakfast yourself somewhere else. There is absolutely nothing in bussing. Just go to Le shallot, a 15minute drive to get groceries. We tried to get in touch with the hotel before our departure, just to schedule some arrangement for the key exchange etc. This was simply impossible. We called several times, but no answer. In the end, we just departed and hoped that we would find someone at the reception. We were treated warmly when we got there. The kitchenette is basic but functional. There

Appartement propre et fonctionnel .Par contre équipement de la cuisine très très limite ( même pas une poêle ni un grille pain; nous avons appris lors du départ qu'il aurait fallu demander à la reception et prêt sous caution d'un grille pain possible ;) ).Animateurs ,accueil et personnel très aimables et sympathiques
