Je vais de temps à autre dans cet hôtel et à chaque fois c’est un accueil chaleureux et très convivial. Aucun souci rencontré et toujours de l’écoute. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Chegamos fora do horário e foi uma dificuldade para ser atendido. Pra fazer o check-in pediram um código que só Deus sabia.

1ere réservation au B&B et je suis tombé sur une chambre trois lits simples alors que je voulais un lit double (couple). En rapprochant les lits ça été mais en faisant ça toute la saleté qui se trouvait sous le lit est apparue. Sinon très bien et confort parfait

Das Einchecken ging erst ab 18Uhr. Handtücher wurden getauscht obwohl sie nicht auf dem Boden lagen. Im Bad hat es nach Kanalisation gerochen.

Enregistrement fait sans recevoir le code d’accès. J’ai du appeler à mon arrivée pour l’avoir. Pas de savon dans la chambre qui sentait la cigarette.

Pas d’accueil humain. Zone commerciale sans vie. Machine à café en panne - la personne de l’accueil est arrivée par la suite pour permettre d’assurer le service. Petit déjeuner très quelconque

Worst hotel experience of my life. Location was really awful in an Old shopping center. Lost electricity on hour room because of faulty electric cord of a hairdryer. They should have 24/7 number in cafe of emergy. Contact number did not reply. Luckily I did not get electic shock. Never going to use B&B Hotels again.
