We spent six nights in a double room. Though the hotel is basic, it is clean, and the cleaning ladies changed it every day. Nice staff, a breakfast menu, confections and coffee maker at the front desk, undercover parking at an 8-euro charge, and an elevator that takes you to the parking lot. Very close to an intermarché, a gift store, and a big supermarket. A comfortable air conditioner. Front desk has a lovely terrace. There isn't a refrigerator, no shampoo, toothpaste, or soap. There is only one product to use after shower gel. It can be noisy because it is close to a small airport, but if you keep the windows closed, that's fine. No balcony, but you can place your clothes hanging on the window outside and close it. By car, it is close to the public beach.

This hotel was nice and clean, but my room was small. Breakfast was ok, but we were unable to get any eggs or bacon. Even though we are traveling with a group, breakfast is meant to be served. However, after the eggs and bacon were gone, the lady didn't put anymore. The quantity was not enough for all the people who were there. The beach was a 20-minute walk from the hotel. You had to walk through the industrial part of town, but it wasn't too frightening. Around 830 am, the beach was beautiful and they had a place for people to exercise weights and other stuff. The sand was soft and not rocky like nice. Overall, it was a nice hotel.

Overall not terrible. Highly recommended. Clean room, convenient location, good price, fair breakfast, safe, not taking more card money than you have to pay. One of the receptionist Mona's staff members was a star, very friendly and helpful woman. The downside was that other staff members needlessly yelled at me over confusion with breakfast payment, which was not caused by me. The extra duvet I requested was simply removed from my room. At one point, the room was only heated and not cold, so it would have been nice to have a cup and kettle in the room.

I can say that this place is just a good place. The staff were very helpful and friendly. And then, the cleanliness of the hotel was also very good, and the location is near the beach.

I heartily suggest it to anyone looking for a place to stay for a few days in Cannes without spending a fortune. This hotel was by far the best we could have chosen after a few nights of staying at ibis la boca and hotel myriad Cannes. The night we spent was the least so far. The staff was very attentive and cared for us and our necessities, and even though we were paying a very low price, I felt that we were enteringthe opposite than the other two hotels I mentioned earlier. The room was pleasant, clean and comfy. Because you can eat all you can for six, the breakfast is excellent.
