After my wife had reserved this hotel, I went and read some reviews and started to have concerns, but it was booked and off we went. Our room was ready when we got to the hotel at noon, as expected, but the man at the front desk was polite and helpful and stored our bags before we went exploring the large city. When we returned at 2, our room was ready. The room was small in size for North American, but tidy. The only disadvantage was that there was no storage space, just a small closet. The hotel had no ice machine or ice available. Overall, this hotel was perfect for anyone who wanted to stay in a peaceful location but was only a short walk from three different metro stations. Dont let the other reviews keep you from making reservations for this hotel. We take six big trips a year, and we take 20 quick trips, so this location was up to par. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. If I were to travel to Paris again, I would stay at this hotel. Thank you to the staff for making our first trip to Paris such a pleasant experience.

I would stay here again if there was no supermarket in front of the hotel. Although the location is a bit far from the center, the atmosphere is calm, and the rooms are comfy and with good pillows. The service is also good and the staff is friendly.

This hotel exceeded all expectations. The cleanliness was excellent, the hotel was tidy and well-organized, and the breakfast was very good and also the showers were very good. And, the staff was attentive and especially the attendant amar who made our stay very nice. Thank you.

absence dans la chambre contrairement aux précédentes fois de sachets avec cacahuètes noix de cajous, rien a manger dans le mini bar. il faudrait être plus constant et que toutes les chambres soient a services équivalents toujours pas de parapluie à dispo pour els clients, le printemps Hôtel bd de Picpus un 2 étoiles en met à dispo de sa clientèle, c'est vraiment regrettable pour un BW

4 jours passés à Paris avec l'Hôtel Best Western Allegro Nation comme "maison". Un personnel très à l'écoute, sympathique et serviable. Bien situé dans le 12ème, l'hôtel 4 étoiles et la chambre dont nous disposions n'a pas le format des hôtels internationaux mais reste correct en rapport du rapport qualité/prix sur Paris.

I booked 2 rooms with door passing through together . One room had AC the other didn’t have AC. No light in the corridor, lights on only when there is movement. Light is low and no ventilation in elevator .Taxi service to airport CDG is too expensive (staff didn’t tell you ). Hotel is little bit far from centre ville. Beware hotel service fee is counting on how many person per day not counting on room.Therefore hotel IS NOT a 4 star ⭐️ hotel.
