This might be the spot if you're searching for a peaceful retreat in the hills while still being close to great beaches. However, for the attractive prices, you shouldn't have high expectations. My accommodation was spotless. The mattress was pleasant. It was a little challenging to get to work from the aircorn and to. The terrible shower was the main issue. It lacked pressure first and foremost. The head also appeared to be calcified because water was only being drawn out of a few of the holes. Finally, and worst, the head didn't even fit in the bracket where it was supposed to lie. It kept falling out and hitting me in the head. Not very relaxing. Yet, this is actually quite typical in french homes and hotels. The breakfast was continental, sweet and erratic, but the staff was pleased to provide me with eggs when requested the previous night. Overall, the personnel were quite friendly.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the charming bungalows du marquis before heading up the Mare a Mare sun trail through southern Corsica. What a wonderful surprise was on our doorstep! The room was peaceful, tidy, and large, with a comfortable bed, providing a peaceful night. The hotel itself is situated high on a hill, facing the sea from the town of Porto Vecchio. All sides are surrounded by the fragrant marquis, and from their lovely little pool, you may take in the atmosphere. We did choose to de-seminate, which allowed us to enjoy a lovely meal at their restaurant even though we couldn't swim in the pool. I am a pescatarian, and they steamed a whole fish as the main course, which was one of the most delectable meals on our trip. Overall, this is a fantastic spot to stay if you want a calm atmosphere, a fantastic view, and excellent food and service! Thank you Bungalow du Marquis!.

If you're looking for a nice and affordable hotel, this is the ideal location for staying! Despite not being on the shore, the most famous beaches might be reached in maximum 30 minutes. Additionally, the restaurant is excellent, and local classic cuisine can be enjoyed pleasantly. The opportunity to enjoy a nice bath in the swimming pool, which is open until 11 a.m., should be taken into account. To add them to your rps system, do not neglect to search the location into Google. The location is not on the main road. In any case, a good decision in my situation!.

Because of different evaluations, we were in a dread of what to do, but everything turned out fine. I address issues I raised. We spent two nights at the end of September 2012. Porto vecchio is a brutally dangerous setting with a high waterfront and grotesque gummed bypasses that have shopping malls, not the old town, which we didn't have time to explore. So the bungalows are far from everything in the hills. As you ascend the road, you must affirm that it can be done! I suffers severe vertigo, and if I can do it, anyone can. It was not at all terrible, and there weren't any severe drops. The air conditioning concerns are the next point. Both ours did not turn on, but since the evenings were chilly, it didn't matter. When the woman arrived with me the morning before we left, I explained this, and she discovered a master switch in the power panel in the corner of the room that we had assumed we shouldn't touch. Make sure the person who guides you to your room is a chalet and demonstrates how to do it since it worked flawlessly. These things are so easily misunderstood, isn't it? The breakfast was excellent, and the extremely kind staff welcomed our request for extra fresh rolls, for instance, rather than specialties

The motel is quite remote from Porto Vecchio. To request directions, I urge you to call the hotel ahead of time. When I arrived, I merely had an impulse to depart because of the difficult access and lengthy journey. I booked two nights and wished to reschedule one to get closer to Porto Vecchio. I was very surprised when the manager informed me that they would be able to cancel it for free. She was able to turn the situation around and calm me down. She graciously gave me a few nice places to visit and by the end of the conversation, she did not want to rescind the reservation any longer. It is true that the location is very nice, just too far if you only stay for a few days and want to visit Porto Vecchio and Bonifacio. The manager is incredibly helpful and has excellent people skills. The new receptionist, a Parisian man, is also extremely friendly. The only reason I removed the hotel was because of its distance and access and the simple room. When we arrived, there was a rather loud sound coming from the room next door. I believe the pipes in the room we had need to be inspected. Breakfast was simple, as many hotels on the island, but served by a lovely woman. The guy who works nights was also nice.
