For our vacation, we reserved a new vip wood cottage for our stay with the whole family. The arrival procedure went really smoothly. Both the park and the aqua mundo were carefully maintained and cleaned. Our home was a different story. The cottage was filthy and unclean in every way. There were spider webs in nearly every room. The bubble baths and toilets had a terrible scent, and our sauna was moldy. I spent a few weeks there over the summer to squeeze in more family vacations. We had a nice week, but we doubt we will soon be back. Make sure you reserve the higher class room categories. The downside is that even later in the evening, the sounds are very loud because you have too many ignorant people screaming, singing, etc. There is no AC even in the most upscale bungalows. There are not many options, and the main areas like the water doom seemed a little worn.
