The rooms are comfortable and pleasant, with a familiar local feeling to it, greeted you and tipped on where to eat and visit. The room offers all comforts, plus a nice individual touch to the decor. Luc is very kind and tries to make you feel at home. Nice french croissants, bread, delicious jam, and good coffee are included in the included breakfast. Will definitely return in Perigueux. It is also a short walk to the old town center, where many good restaurants are situated.

Our room was large, with mix of art deco architecture and modern taste looking out over the garden and the old town beyond the river. Wake up to the sound of church bells ringing gently in the distance. Huge bed, modern bathroom with amazing shower all comforts breakfast, tea or coffee facilities including free biscuits etc, microwave, kettle and teapot. luc thanks for sharing your lovely home.

Don't be afraid, this is the greatest. Beautiful, artistic design. A room with everything you might need, such as strawberry jam and babysitting, and that special something in the room that makes you feel very happy, content, and in love with the world. Luc the host is like a magician, he helps you dream peacefully and cheerfully. Do not miss this heavenly, romantic cocoon.

Fantastic owner, great room location. We had the most enjoyable stay, and the owner, Luc, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The offstreet secure parking for our motorcycle was an unexpected bonus. More than we expected, and our efforts to ensure we had a pleasant stay were far superior to our expectations. The accommodation was beautifully decorated, with extensive amenities, and was wellappointed to accommodate all of our requirements. This included hairdryers and straighteners, as well as a complimentary tray full of bitesized pastries, chocolates, and croissants. Breakfast is served on a lovely tray and is left outside your room at an agreed time, which you can enjoy at your leisure. We cannot emphasize enough how delectable the meals were. Everything was so exquisitely presented, it felt like a work of art. Luc is a firstclass host, so we added some extra for the room and the service. The town is only a fiveminute walk away, making it enjoyable to walk around day or night. Visit the restaurant called Watson Pub. It is a fantastic restaurant with a great atmosphere and service.

Definitely, Perigueux is the place to stay, it is also a short walk from the Old Town center, where there are many good restaurants. Luc is a great host and strives to make you feel at home. The room is very nice and comfortable, with the added touch of being a local who welcomes you and gives you recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The room offers all the comforts and a nice personal touch in the decoration. The included breakfast is a nice touch, with tasty french croissants, bread, delectable jam, and great coffee.
