Belle maison et superbe accueil, rien à redire. Nous n’avons pas pu goûter au repas du soir mais le petit-déjeuner était bien servi, avec un jus d’orange maison et des produits frais.

Acceuil très chaleureux et personne très agréable. Le lieu est très agréable et au calme à 20 min du circuit. Les seules reproches serait de ne pas avoir de sèche cheveux dans la salle de bain et une décoration pas très récente mais rien de grave, c’est juste un avis personnel. L’accueil et l’envie de bien vouloir vous recevoir vous fait oublier très vite ces détails. Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil

A gorgeous property with wonderful, friendly hosts! Lovely period style bedroom with high ceilings and lots of light. We enjoyed two lovely home cooked dinners as well as tasty breakfasts each morning. The house itself has so much character, with unique and beautiful features. We had a wonderful time and can't thank Nathalie and her husband enough for making us feel at home!

We reserved this hotel for one night, a monday night, but had some trouble finding it because it is on a rural road. It is close to a working farm, so we were unsure that we were in the proper location. Before our visit, France was experiencing terrible rain and floods, so the access road to the home wasnt the best. The owners had laid down some large shale to cover the muddy path to the house, but this was sharp and could damage the car tyres, so we parked at the start of the drive parking. This meant carrying loads of luggage across the sharp, uneven shale with heavy luggage. This, I'm sure wouldn't have been necessary under normal circumstances. The chateau itself is in a lovely location with stunning views, but it appears very rundown. It is supposed to have been renovated, with each room inspired by a different composer, but it appears that work should still be going on. The proprietor, natalie, is a very pleasant and cordial woman, but we were soon in the morning when we arrived to pick up her young child from the school bus. When we asked about breakfast, the mattress must have been from the same time as the house, it was an orchard, and we were not able to sleep at all. We made a decision not to be necessary, but after we asked

The property was in a beautiful location, the rooms were done to a very high standard. The owners could not have been any more helpful. However there were a couple of downsides. The advertised WiFi was non existent and there was no hairdryer in the room.

We had dreadful trouble finding the property. Out satnav brought us from a different direction to instructions on the website and we just drove around and around in circles. Any le Vif did not appear on our map or the satnav, which was very frustrating but when we eventually found our way there, it was a really lovely house.
