The hotel is named for it's wonderful and unique position on the beach! A stylish, family-run establishment that is in a peaceful, lovely setting. There is a beach and cliffside place where you can enjoy a fantastic experience. The rooms are large, tastefully decorated, and spotless. There is room service that is very effective and not visible, because there is an outdoor pool with the appropriate water temperature. There is an extensive and nicely furnished breakfast buffet. We had a wonderful time as a result of the menus that the restaurant serves. The maitre hotel dominic marc's level of service is tasteful, proficient, and compassionate!.

The hotel appeared to be excellent on the web site, but when I arrived I was informed the restaurant was closed that day, despite the fact that I called a month earlier to let them know that a room close to the elevator was available and the restaurant would be open, I was told no problem. The manager informed me that I was disabled, and she would provide me with a meal in the bar. When the meal arrived, the main course had just been reheated in a microwave, the chips were run dry, the fish was severely overcooked, and the vegetables were burned to death. I then discovered that was not worth the expenditure for the bedroom, which was extremely modest, about 5 meters from the bed head, which was too little to see. There is only one electricity outlet in the room, no fridge, and no tea or coffee maker. The meal was of excellent quality, and the fish was cooked to perfection. The restaurant was open on the second evening, and it was a pleasant thing. The serveres were extremely useful and efficient.

This time we only stayed for one night in late June. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing that did not exist were tea-making facilities. Our dinner was very great. I ate oysters, sea terrine, fish, and chicken, I couldn't agree more. I enjoy the service. As we speak on the balcony of our room with views of the sea listening to the waves.

I'm nearing the conclusion of a wonderful week's stay at this hotel. Our room has wonderful sea waves that can be heard from the beach. The owner and his team are really diligent in providing guests with a memorable experience. The room was kept neat and clean. Owner and employees were welcoming. The food is excellent, and the wine list is excellent. Since you cannot always get the same table every evening, which is a good and fair way to do so, everyone can get a window seat during their stay. Will undoubtedly return.

About De la Plage

The Hôtel de la Plage is beautifully located facing the ocean and the long fine sand beaches of the Bay of Audierne. It features a seafood restaurant serving local products closed until May 17, and a games rooms with a pool table and sea views. The rooms, pleasantly decorated in marine style are equipped with a private bathroom and a TV. Some of them have balconies with ocean views. Seafood, local produce and vegetables from Brittany are prepared in a tasty cuisine. Free internet access is provided in the lounge area.
