Domaine De Haslach, The Originals Collection

For over a century, the grand building of Domaine de Haslach has stood proudly over the heights of Munster, its imposing silhouette dominating the landscape. “When I learned that the sanatorium was relocating to the valley, I decided to acquire the property, ” explains Christian, the site’s owner since 2018. “Forty years ago, I used to deliver wood here. ” A native of the region, Christian made a name for himself in the timber trade and used his expertise as a seasoned entrepreneur to breathe new life into the estate. His vision was not to create a hotel but a tourist residence, offering guests a sense of independence. Seven years of renovation were required to transform the main building into 49 apartments, while also adding seven eco-lodges and five treehouses nestled in the park’s seven hectares.
