Overall a very disappointing experience. With the exception of the lobby and the staff, the lobby is lovely. My hopes were low, and I was still disappointed. For a twonight visit to a concert, we reserved two accommodations. With the exception of the tobacco odor, the first room was fine. Since there was no plug in the tub, it was useless. The second room was filthy. The walls have a lot of dirt and dust, but without the floor, I could have assumed that if there had been no floor. The entire space was carpeted, and one side of the bed was soaking wet. Even after maintenance was completed, it remained wet during our stay. My husband accidentally stepped in, and his white socks turned brown. They also used some odor in the rooms and hallways, which was dizzying. The food was edible. Pretty bland and bland. The sliced cheese had dried edges when we ordered it. Also, the bread was extremely damp, like it had been cut and left on the counter days prior. Breakfast was alright. The eggs and pancakes were tasty, but the rest wasnt particularly appealing.

The room is fine, clean and decent. The pool wasn't opened because city administration was unable to fix it. I wasn't well informed about the reservation. They told me that breakfast is included in the price but when I checked it wasn't. Breakfast is 15 euros and a standard breakfast. If you only book a room, it's a good quality-price ratio.

The food served here is so amazing, as was the nice presentation. And then, the service here is very friendly and accommodating. After that, the meat is very tender. Subsequently, the food here is very good.

Strange place to stay. The first impression when you enter this hotel is quite positive a modern, boutique lobby. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast exceeds French standards. The restaurant is a mix of restaurant and lounge with one bowling lane on one side. Next door is a work and play room with video games, a pool table and more. The hotel was quite empty with only a few guests. Strangely enough I must have received one of the worst rooms in the hotel for my first night. There were holes in the walls. The bathroom was in a really bad state. Additionally, the room was quite dirty. Due to a strike, I had to extend my stay at the hotel and received a new room for my second night. This time, the room was clean and freshly renovated. Thus, youve got to be lucky with the room you are given.
