I highly recommend it! Excellent location, two minutes walk from the opera on a quiet, city center street and close to 2 metro stops. It doesn't look much from the outside and is easy to miss, but it's a great affordable option. We were a family of four but didn't want sofa beds. Here we had a large quad room with a double and two proper single beds. The room was clean and in good order with a small safe, closet and fridge. The bathroom was small but had a shower over it. Breakfast didn't bother so I can't comment. Our room was in the back and overlooked a small courtyard. At night I didn't hear anything and I slept well. Staff very helpful. Can leave luggage in a locked room if too early for check in. It's a cheap option but has everything you need for a busy Paris break.

The room and bathroom were large enough for the three of us. As tourists, my wife and I stayed in Paris with my daughter to see the majority of the main sights. We chose it because of the strategic position, which was excellent because it was close to many of the top attractions, although we hadn't been there before. It is close to three different train lines, including the metro-city train. Bring your walking shoes, though. There is a lot of old-fashioned charm, including numerous cobblestone paved streets. The beds and rooms were extremely comfy, and they were very clean. The hotel is on a very quiet street, far from the surrounding streets, and the hotel is off the beaten path. We didn't only use the breakfast because we wanted to try the local restaurants, but it smelled fantastic every morning as it was prepared. The breakfast was very good and had a refrigerator and a hot plate for making coffee and tea in our room.

I will come back again. You can easily reach anywhere in Paris with the metro. There are several supermarkets nearby. The corridors are narrow to access the rooms and some rooms are small, but it's clean and neat. We arrived and were very nicely greeted.

The hotel is in a quiet area that is also near Opera garner and metro bus stations. You can go anywhere on foot. The owners were so courteous and helpful, and they made our trip memorable. The breakfast was excellent. Thank you to the host.
