I reserved this location for my son and his girlfriend because the apartments we usually stay in were a little too small to fit everyone. This is a lovely hotel. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms are well-maintained and have a lovely sea view. The place has a lovely courtyard and is about a 150-meter walk from the city center.

Hotel La Petite theme was one of our favorite places in the come d'azur. The hotel itself is comfortable, charming, well located, and clean. Our room was excellent. The best part of our brief stay there was the family who runs the hotel. They were so warm and friendly that I thought I was staying with friends. Thank you for a great stay!

I can't recommend this hotel enough. Although this is a 2-star hotel, the staff ought to at least receive a 5-star rating. Every day, the air conditioner is clean and up to date, with soft cotton bedding, and towels. The hotel is lovely and with thought behind the decor, and the garden is a very tranquil setting to enjoy the continental breakfast, sunbathe, and read a book. Security cameras, code 247. A stunning stroll through cobbled streets, neighborhood stores, souvenir shops, and boule areas descend to the beach through cobbled streets and village. After a late night call, laurence arrived at the hotel late at night and assisted us moving in temporarily to a room that had been canceled last minute, we were extremely lucky. She assisted in carrying bags, sorting beds and bedding, and arriving with us to the parking lot. She was extremely accommodating and friendly, and they all went along with us throughout our visit with personalized suggestions for restaurants, coffee shops, top beaches, how to take a train to another location than the local shoreline and booking boat trips, top ice cream stores, laundromat, supermarkets, etc. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Overall, however, we were let down. Having had a motorcycle stolen while touring France now almost my first priority when selecting a hotel is some form of private parking. Tripadvisor and application websites state there is free parking. To me this means the hotel has its own parking. It does not. There are five or six spaces on the very steep street with a hotel parking sign on the wall. I emphasize that this inaccuracie is on the Tripadvisor and application sites, the hotels does not mention parking at all. We were lucky that the space right outside the hotel gate was empty when we arrived. Fortunately, we did not intend to use the motorcycle while staying at le lavandou as the chances of that room or indeed any room being available when we returned would be limited. The bathroom had a plastic shower curtain and a gas tank as shown in the photo. It is not very much of a view. Having been there, we should have reserved a room with a terrace. There is a breakfast buffet, but it is a strange arrangement. Very small quantities of everything are given out. Despite minimising waste, it does mean you must constantly ask for new items to be replenished. Breakfast was exactly the same each day. We would have preferred walking into town and having breakfast at one of the cafes there. On the last day there was still more than

We spent a week here in September and had a great time. We had a sea oriented room with air conditioning and a toilet, which, despite being fairly small, was adequate. As I had visited there a few times in the early 1970 s with my parents, it was my return visit. The first visits made me forget a lot, but this one will haunt me for some time. The owners were really friendly and eager to assist laurent, and he went out of his way to find parking since parking on the road is a bit of a challenge. Breakfast was of high quality, and we could enjoy it on the veranda. For the guests on the veranda, there was also a fridge and a cold water fountain, which was useful for filling up water bottles before leaving. The gardens are a serene haven where we have frequently eaten lunch. The location is great, just a short stroll across the main road, the town and the beach. This is a two-star hotel, so the facilities are fairly basic, and there were some rules to follow!, but would I return? Yes.
