Hotel familiar ubicado en un entorno precioso, en centro pueblo medieval de los más bonitos de Francia. El personal del hotel, encantador, y con ganas de ayudar en todo, muy amables. Es un hotel pequeño, en una casa antigua totalmente reformada, muy acogedor. Nuestra habitación era en zona colindante con entrada directa desde la calle. Con pequeña cocina, baño grande y acceso directo a la piscina. Cama cómoda y grande. El desayuno auqnue poca variedad pero productos de calidad que junto con el ambiente y la señora que atendía nos hizo los desayunos muy placenteros. Lo único que comentar es que no nos arreglaron la habitación en los cinco días que estuvimos (4 noches). Pero quedo contrarestado con una estancia muy agradable y con ganas de repetir muy pronto

Superbe endroit et superbe service. Pour permettre un Encore meilleurs séjour, il serait judicieux de disposer de tablettes pour poser les accessoires à la salle de bain. Mais surtout d’implanter des barres pour les serviettes d’autant plus que la politique de l’établissement en matière d’environnement recommande d’éviter le gaspillage de lessive. Alors pouvoir faire sécher les serviettes est un incontournable. Pour autant merci à tous.

We stayed one night at Le Chevalier Bleu and really enjoyed it. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The location is convenient for walking around Monpazier. We would definitely stay there again.

Bel hôtel Très bon accueil Chambres joliment décorées et très calmes La majorité des restaurants étaient fermés mais nous avons pu prendre un potage et plateau de charcuterie fromages dans la jolie salle de l’hôtel.

Attention aux dames du matin à accueillir les clients pour le petit-déjeuner et leur proposer une boisson chaude. Elles ne sont pas là pour discuter entre elles et tenir de propos déplacer sur les différentes nationalités. Moment gênant! Sinon le patron se met en quatre pour nous accueillir et nous faire passer un agréable séjour.

Petite soirée dans ce magnifique droit au milieu de la bastide de Monpazier! Hotel tout refait a neuf avec beaucoup de charme et le respect de l'ancien nous avons adoré ! Il faut y aller sans hésiter ! Nous reviendrons sûrement !

Cute hotel in a beautiful village. The building and pool area are gorgeous. It’s free and easy to park on the streets surrounding the hotel. The room was small but had everything we needed including a Smeg fridge. The bed was comfortable but the wasn’t great. An overall pleasant stay.

The chevalier Bleu has been beautifully restored but in the process has sacrificed function over style .. it is in a very good location for everything in Monpazier … but the rooms lack sufficient storage space for damp towels and suitcases There is a skeleton staff service with one front desk receptionist … not there all the time nor during the night who does a lot of tasks On 3rd day info states room will be cleaned and towels changed … no room cleaning as “ we are busy “ and we had to ask for clean towels and rubbish to be removed from room On asking for another loo roll … only one and a half there when we arrived .. we were asked how long we were staying for .. 5 nights .. but why ? feels as if everything is rationed Only 1 coffee pod in room and were told waiting for deliveries !! But there is a spar close by which sells them !! Breakfast ..in our view is very minimal and not made on premises and not worth 12 Euros Some Italian guests arrived one night around 10pm to no receptionist .. to be asked when he appeared “ when did you arrive?you’re blocking the rd you can’t park there ! “ they looked exhausted and flabbergasted !! The pool area is very good .. clean and a selection of chairs and loungers The bar is quiet but reasonable wines by the glass and tapas available ….when it is staffed hotel has promise but the owners need to implement full staff hospitality training and ensure the hotel is sufficiently staffed for guests comfort and health and safety
