Je fais entre 50 et 80 nuit d hotel par an Je n ais jamais eu un acceuil aussi fantastique une chambre merveilleuse , diner digne d un gastro a prix incroyablement normal au vu de la qualite Deco geniale , batisse superbe Une equipe pro ! Et fantastique agreable de l humour de la politesse enfin tout !!!

Hôtel pour une nuit lors d'un déplacement professionnel : Les points forts : restaurant de grande qualité, chambre spacieuse, lit confortable. Les points à améliorer : l'accueil froid de la dame à mon arrivé, l'absence de café/thé dans la chambre, le bruit dans le couloir à 6h00.... En conclusion: Il faudrait mettre la partie hôtel au même niveau que celui du restaurant....

En déplacement pour le travail, déçue de ne pas avoir pu profiter du restaurant, pas de visite et d’accès à l’extérieur non plus dc direct dans la chambre. Très bruyant, pas de prise autour du lit, bruit de « ronflement » de la clim constamment même à l’arrêt. Déçue d’avoir mis le prix pour bien dormir et que ce ne soit pas le cas. Sinon l’accueil très agréable, le lieu est très beau de ce que j’ai vu.

Arrived early 1pm room was however available . If we wanted to use it early we needed to pay 15 euros which we did as it had snowed and was cold . Check in is not until 5pm and you have to check out by 10 am , not even 24 hours ! Room was cold 17 degrees radiator did not work air conditioning unit inadequate for size of room . No tea / coffee facilities in room . Breakfast not included . We were moved to another room which was much warmer . However tap in bath was loose and shower leaked all over the side . Ate in the restaurant steak was tough and chips overcooked and dry . Staff were pleasant enough . We were so disappointed as Hôtel is such a lovely old building . Rooms need to be invested in .

La préoccupation de cet hôtel est le restaurant. Le reste...pas de personnel m'a t-on répondu. A1ccès aux chambre 17H00 et surtout pas avant, avec aucune possibilité d'attendre à l'ombre. Piscine qui ferme à 19H00.
