I stayed here for 6 nights from 12th to 18th May 2026. The hotel was clean and the room had everything that i required,...it was convenient for the tramway and the main railway station, both about 5 mins walk away. The staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful with everything, and for that i can't thank them all enough ! Very well done everybody ! I plan to return to Bordeaux in the near future and i would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel for my stay. Merci beaucoup,..........Alun - Cardiff - Pays de Galles.

Nice place, located near the train station Saint Jean. The order had an misunderstanding with my breakfast payed reservation according to the system arriving at IbisHotel, but Hotels.com live chat service acted quickly, resolving issues in less than 24 hours to verify my reservation, payment, and process my refund. Nous sommes ravis de notre nuit dans cet hôtel. L'accueil est professionnel et bienveillant, la chambre propre, spacieuse et calme. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la démarche environnementale de cet hôtel tant au niveau du tri et de la valorisation des déchets que du copieux petit déjeuner proposant les aliments en vrac. Très bel hôtel. Bien situé proche de la gare et des transports pour rejoindre rapidement le centre ville. Le personnel est très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est d’excellente qualité. La chambre est juste un peu petite. Je note aussi une très bonne isolation sonore de la chambre notamment vis à vis de l’extérieur qui donne sur un axe très fréquenté.

De todos os IBIS, nos quais me hospedei, esse de Bordeaux foi o melhor. A gentileza e atenção dos funcionários, fizeram toda a diferença. Torci o meu pé no dia da minha chegada e eles me ofereceram compressa de gelo, cuidados e é um esmero especial. Nos ajudaram com orientações detalhadas sobre o deslocamento pela cidade, enfim, saí encantada o atendimento de todos. Com certeza iria recomendá-lo para meus familiares e amigos.

J’étais dans une chambre bruyante à proximité de la porte de garage. Celle-ci s’ouvrait et se fermait toutes les 2 minutes. Lorsque j’en ai parlé à la réception, ils m’ont tout de suite proposé une autre chambre disponible. N’étant pas de même standing, ils m’ont offert le petit déjeuner du lendemain. Le personnel était très attentif, proactif et agréable. Merci à elles. Cela devient rare. J’y reviendrai volontiers.

11/23に宿泊した日本人です。当日22時頃にbarにて携帯を無くし、欧州周遊中で、帰国は2週間後で絶望的でした。しかし、ホテルの従業員の女性が、無くしたお店に電話をかけてくれたり、インターネットでその後の道程を調べるのに自分の携帯を貸してくれ、その後の都市のホテルの場所を印刷してくれたりと大変助かりました。無事に帰国まで旅行を続けられたのも、その方のおかげです。ありがとうございました。

Notre séjour à cet Ibis nous a plu. Nous sommes restés pour un nuit (décidé un peu le dernier minute) et la localisation était pratique pour nous pour prendre le train le lendemain. Nous avons également profité du petit-déjeuner qui a été proposé, il y a eu plein de choix (céréales, pain, fruit, œufs, pancakes, etc). J’ai toujours un bon expérience chez Ibis. Par contre je crois plus qu’un nuit aurait dû être compliqué étant donné que l’hôtel est très proche aux voies ferrées et également la vue de notre chambre tombée sur des rues principales. Donc si cela vous dérange, il vaut mieux chercher ailleurs. Sinon, je recommande vivement cet Ibis car il est pas trop cher, pratique et la qualité de notre expérience à l’hôtel et avec l’équipe, selon moi, ont été super !
