On Sunday evening, we checked into the motel. The young man at the reception informed us when we arrived that the restaurant was closed that the restaurant in the city center was closed, but after a long drive from the uk, we settled for some lovely sandwiches from a bakery about a hundred yards away that stayed open until late evening. We sat on the hotel's sunny terrace with our husky, which had a view of the rugby stadium, and slathered butties and puffing some exceptional Belgian lager, which they serve on draft at the hotel. The service in general was excellent, and the breakfast was excellent. Many thanks!.

The location of this place was good, and it was also better than most hotels. Even though the room was fine, it had a back view of the rugby club. The front rooms face the roundabout and main road. It was great to have a printer handy. For the parking area, check out where the hotel exit is as it is the reception desk will provide a map.

I stayed in a disabled room with good shower. I have stayed in a few places in Rosen, this offers bets value in our book. On our way north to calais, there is easy access from the highway. The hotel is equally excellent as before. The parking is fairly secure and well worth the 3 euros. The front desk is now printing laminated cards to show how to access the parking lot. It is not hard, however having reception on one side of the roundabout and a parking lot on the other is likely to confuse. Just email reception and theyll send you a map. Excellent large clean rooms with excellent rugby fields back. Sadly, we have never seen a game. Leaving will be careful because the roundabout in front can be very, very busy. Oh, and you dont get designer trash cans in such many hotel rooms, you do here.

This place offers secure parking. When traveling further south, I stayed here for one night. Although the area isn't ideal, you can either drive into town or to the nearby docks 76 shopping center, which has several restaurants and a local coop, and there are some places to eat. The rooms were nice and tidy, and the surrounding area overlooked a rugby field, so it was very quiet at night. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and was quite modern. The hotel personnel was really welcoming and helpful.

The location of this hotel is really good for the major roads. The room is clean and has a comfortable feel. There is security in the parking lot so avoid dining in the shopping center if you didn't have a good experience. The bakery is close to the hotel and open late and we wish we had eaten there! We got a great breakfast from there that was much cheaper than the rates charged at the hotel. Old town is not far away, but a nice stopover if you drive south.
