We recommend staying here, relax with a glass of wine in the kitchen or on the terrace. Jan is a great host and will see more of us. comfortable stay with all amenities. Nice location on the river and close to verden and beause.

On our way home from France, we stopped for a night. Jan was very pleasant and showed us around the property. Our space was large and full of character. The property is peaceful with a view of the river. The breakfast was delicious. Very quiet and not too far from the nice restaurants.

The charming ancient house is located along a sluggish stone river. Jan created a house that resembles the time of the house and is very comforting and cozy. The garden is a delight, with a lovely patio where visitors can relax by the peaceful river with or without a glass of local wine! Jan is an attentive host with extensive local knowledge. We'll be back.

Jan went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The accommodation was breathtaking, very comfortable, and perfectly decorated. There was a lot of space and even a kettle and bottled water, which was a nice touch. The fans home is in a beautiful location near the river and Jan set up chairs and parasols so we could enjoy the views. Breakfast was delicious. Jan went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Would highly recommend.
