The Residence offers houses and apartments overlooking the picturesque Port of Houle and the sea, just 150 meters from the port, 400 meters from shops and the town center, and 4 km from Port-Mer beach. Each spacious accommodation provides modern amenities for a comfortable stay. Apartments feature kitchenettes equipped with dishwashers, stoves, microwaves, and coffeemakers. They also include separate toilets and either a terrace or garden, most of which are unfenced. Cots for children under 2 are available upon request (subject to availability) for a fee. Final cleaning is also an additional charge payable on arrival. For those arriving by car: Take the RN12 via Dinan, the RN76 from Rennes, St Brieuc, or Fougères. Near the Route des Estuaires, upon reaching Cancale, follow Avenue Olivier Briard, then towards the center (Avenue Pasteur). At the second roundabout, turn right onto Rue du Commandant Charcot.
