Отоичный отель.соотношение цена-качество. Отель новый,персонал молодой и очень отзывчивый. Изначально поселили в номер на 1 этаже без вида,нам не очень понравился.на следующий день сами предложили переселить в номер с видом горы. В номерах тепло/пол подогревается. Есть все необходимое. Отличные завтраки/много горячего. В отеле прекрасный коктейльный бар с камином. Ски аут-надо немного пройти пешком(метров 100). Ски ин-прямо в отель. Обязательно вернёмся к вам.

Absolutely brilliant location (ski in & out) - right on the main street in Val Thorens. Gorgeously decorated (modern but still alpine) and really helpful staff. Very cool vibe around the bar area every night and best pizza's in VT! Seriously couldn't recommend more :)

Amazing cuisine we had three courses every night included on our half board. I have a shellfish allergy and don't like fish and they were great at offering alternatives, great staff, great location very close to shops in town. Ski out for most, ski in if you can manage the run.

The personnel was so kind and attentive. The bar area was always lively but it was difficult to find a place to relax after dinner. A nice ski and boot room. A short walk to the ski slope. The personnel were so warm and accommodating. On February 5, we got back from this hotel. They served three courses and a wonderful dining selection each night. Because my partner is allergic to shellfish, they took good care to handle this. Excellent breakfast options, I had boiled eggs each morning, and they were always warm. If thats important to you, bring your own if possible. We took a travel kettle and coffee maker with us. lovely bathroom with a good security shower. The balcony and room heater both worked well.

If you can sleep with plenty of noise, you can stay here. The rooms are clean and nice, with a good amount of hangers. The issue here is the total noise. It is noise like neighbors are moving furniture, but they are not. However, every evening and every morning, there was a lot of noise in our room for a few hours. It is actually the restaurant that moved the chairs and the noise traveled all levels. Then you have all party people who scream, sing, and are just loud outside the room every night when the bars are closed. It's like they're inside. The insulation is very poor. And if that wasn't enough, you have radiators. It appears that air is in the system. The hotel recommends turning off the radiators at night and turning them on during the day. It's a really unpleasant sound. Then there's a drain smell in the bathroom. But everything is for noise and smell. Breakfast is ok, a few mornings it was warm yogurt and cold eggs. But as the week went by, it was worse. Dinner, though, was actually very good. We have been to a Langley hotel in Tines and it was awful. So our hopes were low. But we were very surprised by the kitchen team. It's almost ski in and out. 1050 meters walk. There are no private ski rooms

I have been going to the alpine for over 40 years and I consider this hotel to be the best ski hotel I have ever stayed in. The location is ideal, with nearly ski in and ski out only 50 meter away. Every night's dinner was great and the breakfast was extensive. All the staff was incredibly helpful, courteous, and professional, with a special thank you to everyone else who took good care of our group.

The personnel were fantastic every week, very polite, and accommodating, and they handled all our requirements. This hotel is without a doubt a good option if you are staying in Val Thorens. The village center is in the ideal location, less than a 2-minute stroll from bars, supermarkets, ski shops, etc. It was really convenient to have a hotel that could do ski in and ski out. The hotel itself is excellent. The rooms are lovely and have plenty of room for storing wet ski gear and gloves. The heated bathroom floor was a major plus. Every night, the food was excellent.

Nous avons patienter 10 mm a l'accueil avant de pouvoir apercevoir un réceptionniste. chambre style ancien - bof - aucune chaine du cable - lit bien trop mou- salle de bain (avec raclette pour la douche) !(pour nettoyer l'eau...) serviettes non changées pour la 2e nuit.chambre bruyante le soir.. Quant au départ surprise ... frais de sejour il m'est réclamé 94 € j'ai donc demandé des explications j'ai alors payé 3.30 E ! le personnel que très très peu Français.(difficile de demander des explications.. génial vraiment pas très satisfait de mon séjour
