This is a fantastic location to stop if you are exploring this area. We stopped here as we traveled to watch the tour de France. The accommodations are a little basic but comfortable. If I could only describe the single beds as being a little larger, maybe queen beds. It's not packed with modern conveniences, but that's not bad. It has a nice pool to cool off and plenty of hot water to warm up. The breakfast was a tasty continental breakfast with tons of homemade jams, etc. The owner of this place is a lovely lady who goes above and beyond.

About 50 yards from the roundabout, turn a sharp left on a street, then turn right to the property on the left. On the right is the white building that houses this home. It was simple to locate with a few tiny signs. There is plenty of parking space, and there are numerous areas for dogs or children to play. This is a very ancient structure with a lot of character and furnishings. The mother of the host, agnes, greeted us as soon as we arrived. Despite the bed being a tiny double, the room was more than adequate and had a lovely view of the garden. The accompanying small sitting room was quite attractive and a lovely surprise. Bread, croissants, ham, cheese, yogurt, and homemade jams are available as a continental breakfast. We also had homemade quince jellycheese, fresh fruit, coffee, and a range of teas. The host, agnes, was extremely accommodating, even enticing us to see and participate in the grape harvesting. The wine is of exceptional value and definitely worth trying. Already planning a return visit with buddies.
