This hotel is in a great spot - handy for shops, bars, restaurants and old Nice. It's a family run hotel, with 4 rooms on one floor of a building. If you're looking for something a bit quirky, this might be for you. One of the curtains isn't quite big enough for one of the windows, the shower is basically in the bedroom, and one day we were left a lemon scented hand wipe in error in place of a tea bag! The person who runs it lives on site and is lovely and very attentive. The room (room 3) was small but clean, nicely furnished/decorated and well-equipped. The balcony was also lovely to have. Be warned it's on the third floor (three flights of stairs) of an old building with no lift! There's also a bit of noise at night from the bars on the next street - so something to be mindful of if you have children. It wasn't an issue for us.

Nice little place just outside of Vieux Nice. Easy walk to beach and Old Town. Staff was very kind and always available to help. I had read from other reviews that we would need a code to enter from the street, so I emailed and received prompt reply with code prior to our arrival. Room was small but not too cramped. Bathroom was nice. AC worked great. We would stay here again.

Väga hea leid! Vastuvõtt oli lahke ja abivalmis. Tuba oli rõduga ja vaatega tänavale. Osaliselt paistis ka mäestik ja natuke merd. Toas oli kõik vajalik olemas- külmkapp, konditsioneer, tee&kohvi valmistamise vahendid, seif, tasuta wifi. Küsimata toodi naeratades ka pokaalid ja veiniavaja :) Asukoht super, kõik lähedal. Mereranda 5 min, kaasa anti ka lamamismadrats ja rannarätik. Hind oli väga soodne. Aitäh!!!

This was a very nice small 'hotel', which actually consited of 7 rooms on one floor with a small reception area. Our room (5) was very good - nice firm mattress, plenty of space, fridge and safe, small ensuite shower room. Lovely small balcony (overlooking the pedestrian street) with small table and 2 chairs. On the edge of the old town, very convenient. The lady in charge ?owner was very helpful. We'd stay there again, but there are certain caveats which mean it might not suit everyone. 1. We arrived by car, but couldn't stop outside to unload, had to go to Etoile carpark a few hundred yards away, and take cases form there. The lady did say something about a carpark, but don't think there was one for this hotel. 2. Its on the 3rd floor, up 4 flights of stairs, with no lift. You need to be fit, or have a small amount of luggage only! 3. There was no-one there when we arrived (5 pm), but were lucky in that another guest arrived with a code for the door lock. We should have rung ahead, I'm sure we would have been given the code, but we were flummoxed for a while! It wouldn't have suited my elderly parents (who wouldn't have made it up the stairs), but if you're a bit younger and fitter it's fine.

Ich habe das Hotel wegen der zentralen Lage gebucht. Wir wussten vorab, dass das Hotel im 2. Stock ohne Lift in einer Fußgängerzone liegt. Es waren 55 Stufen zu bewältigen. Ich wurde vorab per SMS kontaktiert, um unsere Ankunftszeit zu erfragen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir hatten auch Hilfe beim Tragen des Gepäcks. Nachdem wir unsere Schlüsselkarte mit dem Zahlencode für das Haustor und die Eingangstür bekommen haben, wurden wir in unser Zimmer gebracht. Dieses 11m2 große Zimmer hatte Schallschutzfenster, ein Duschbad, Klimaanlage, gratis WLAN einen kleinen Kühlschrank und einen Wasserkocher. Frühstück haben wir nicht mitgebucht - es gibt die Möglichkeit dieses um €9 ins Zimmer bringen zu lassen - da es eine Unmenge an Cafes und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt. Die Zimmer wurden täglich geputzt. Es war alles sehr sauber. Wir haben die Altstadt in ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Der Strand ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für Menschen, die so halbwegs gut zu Fuß sind, kann ich dieses Hotel gerne weiter empfehlen.

L'hôtel est très bien tenu et la patronne très serviable. Évidemment l'espace est mesuré mais le rapport qualité prix est excellent pour Nice qui est une ville plutôt chère.

..sehr sauberes gepflegtes Zimmer, klein (so wie es im Mittelmeerraum halt ist) aber sehr gemuetlich. Personal- super und lustig, wenn's nur franzoesisch spricht haben uns trotzdem gut verstanden :) Alles in allem- wuerden wieder ihn buchen sowie empfaehlen auch. Bewertung 5+

Hotelli on sijainniltaan lähes täydellinen Nizzassa, henkilökunta mukavaa ja avuliasta. Huone tosin oli todella pieni, mutta eipä lomalla tulla viettämään aikaa huoneessa. Ei sovellu liikuntarajoitteisille, sillä hotelliin päästäkseen pitää kivuta monet portaat, eikä hissiä ole.

It's a wee B&B-like place really, the proprietor is really nice and helpful. Rooms are small but comfortable, and the AC works rather well (useful for this part of the world!). Just beware it's up several flights of stairs with no lifts, but that's part of the charm. It's in the perfect location for tourists, literally in the centre of everything. Highly recommended if you're in Nice for tourism purposes!
