A wonderful unique property which is very well cared for. The room was perfect for the 2 of us and the breakfast in the courtyard was lovely in the morning. The two gentlemen on reception when we turned up in the evening were very helpful. We were probably lucky but managed to get on street parking right outside the hotel which was great for our overnight stay. Overall would highly recommend for this hotel for a trip to Beaune.

When you think French wine country hotels, this property comes to mind. From entering in to the lobby, they have large wooden doors that eventually lead you to the cutest courtyard nestled. Here, you can enjoy wine or your breakfast. The staff is always around and eager to assist in multiple languages. Parking was easy. Is there a street parking for short term and a parking lot just around the corner. Our room was large and comfortable with a very powerful shower. Multiple TVs and seating areas kept a entertaining the short time we were in our room I felt at home here. It was an easy walk to the train station and centrally located to multiple dining and shopping options.

This hotel is great. It has preserved the original qualities of the monastery while providing all modern comforts, all through a careful renovation effort with use of original materials and natural textures. It is located in a quiet area; yet five minutes from everything. The best about Les Rampart, however, is the staff, who are knowledgeable about Beaune, providing tips about bistros, restaurants, tours, etc, and go out of the way to make your stay comfortable.

The room was spotlessly clean and spacious and tastefully decorated in character with the old building but with every modern convenience. The quiet peaceful inner courtyard was perfect for relaxing in and the 24 hour reception desk was convenient. The breakfast was exceptional and served by the staff who were attentive and friendly throughout our stay. It was within easy walking distance of the main square in the town and all the cafes and restaurants. The staff pre-booked our restaurant which was essential as it was fully booked on our arrival. This is a luxurious, peaceful hotel worth the premium price.

Vi havde en fin udsigt over byens tage. Hotellet er et restaureret kloster, hvor de gamle bygninger er renoveret. Vi kom lige fra et moderne hotel, som var fuldstændig uden sjæl. Det havde dette hotel. Personalet er der for gæsterne og var meget hjælpsomme. En rigtig dejlig oplevelse. Morgenmaden var tip top delvis som buffet delvis servering.

Everything was great. Room was very spacious/nice shower. Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Some reviews commented about the stairs but it’s an old building and the stone stairs are beautiful. Just pack light and be prepared to carry your bag up the stairway.

This hotel was outstanding. It is an old building, so there are no elevators. The room was lovely, a large size, and very comfortable. We appreciated the daily water bottles in the room and the large towels. The staff were all very friendly. The hotel is on a quiet side street, but an easy walk to the town center, as well as the station. I would definitely stay here again.
