We didn't stay here, but at the suggestion of laws who have eat well here before, came here for lunch. Due to the slight hint of rain in the air, despite it being August, there is a terrace seating with a view of the mountains. 6 adults and 3 children, we had a nice table in a corner of the large room, the server was extremely helpful and friendly, the service was quick, and most importantly the food was great and good to listen to laws. Excellent menus, freshly grilled trout, ravioli, local sausages in pastry, and all desserts and pastries prepared in-house, large portions. Unfortunately, children werent given salads spontaneously, but we adults had so much anyway we shared instead of asking, I wonder if they would have provided the salads if we had asked. No silly kids menu here, a good breaded real fish fillet for the kid, served with fresh pasta or ravioli or gratin dauphinoise potato gratin. Lots of cream everywhere! There was ice cream, a peach compote, and a stunning blueberry pie for dessert. Very comfortable and relaxing time, feel like a true holiday meal. Clean toilets, anthony ordain was right. The breakfast was very good. We arrived by chance because it was raining during our long hike and didn't want to camp as planned. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Our double room was comfortable, except for the bed which was too soft for our tastes. We had a very average evening meal, we had the local speciality ravioli which had too much cream and tasted very ordinary, and the salad was good.

We arrived in Land En errors for a wedding and stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We were welcomed with such warmth and immediately put us at ease. The staff is all very friendly and attentive. We had dinner twice at the hotel and it was beautiful and very affordable. We will come back with our 3 kids skiing next year! Love to all the staff

a great location and a great website what a disappointment! This is a typical example of a hotel that finds it simple to make money and then stops trying hard enough. The room was dirty and dirty, the bathroom smelled damp and the shower was hanging off the wall. The bed was no more than a random crash pad and there was hardly space to store tomorrows underwear or even todays clothes. Dinner did not improve matters. My wife had a chicken dish smothered with cheese that was so overcooked it was almost impossible to cut into. I had trout that, while not badly cooked, was covered in an odd combination of lemon pulp including pips and capers. At least the desserts were presentable, but then they should have been as the menu proudly boasted that the chef was specially trained in desserts might have gone on the starters and main meal courses as well. A child in the domestic science class would have done better. The less about breakfast, the better. The col de arc has no doubt received good trade from walkers and cyclists in summer and skiers in winter, but it seems to be making too much money, too easily. It has become complacent and needs improvement.
