- QUIET HOURS - Please respect the neighbourhood by keeping noise levels to a reasonable level, especially between 10pm and 7am. - RESPECT - Please respect our home as if it were your own. There will be an additional charge for any extra cleaning or damage.
- RECYCLING - Help protect the planet by recycling in the appropriate bins. Yellow bins: paper, cardboard, plastic, metal. Green/grey bins: everything else.
- MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME - We hope you enjoy your stay. Please leave the accommodation as you found it.
- DEPARTURE - Please leave by 11.00am to allow our cleaning team to prepare the house.
- LINEN - Linen is included. They must be returned in their entirety and in perfect condition. If possible, remove towels, sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases and put them in the washing machine. No obligation, if you can't, we'll take care of it for you.
- DISHES - If you wish, you can do the dishes. A bit lazy? Don't worry, we'll take care of everything.
- INTERNET - Please use the internet legally.
- ILLEGAL SUSBTANCES - No illegal substances are allowed in the accommodation.
- OCCUPANCY - The property is not designed to accommodate more than 4 people. Only registered guests are accepted.
- TOILETS - Only toilet paper may be used in the WC.
