We stayed two nights before returning home. The price was fair and the hotel personnel were helpful and professional. If you were searching for comfort, the room furniture was a little sparse. However, if you use it as a place to sleep, the beds are comfy, and the room and hotel were spotless and in good condition. The hotel restaurant serves quality food for a fair price. Our visit was fantastic. Our driver arrived 30 minutes after the set time and told us that there was no room for everyone. After separating the riders, he had to return. We were lucky to have enough time to prepare our flight as we had planned in case of a problem.

We reserved this very last minute after a flight delay meant our arrival at our holiday home would be very late. So we decided to stay close to the airport and travel the next day. The hotel is about a 15 minute drive from the airport. Check in was quick with a friendly lady behind the desk. The room was small but recently renovated. The air conditioning wasn't cold but kept the room cool all night. We had a comfortable night and heard no noise including from the busy autoroute nearby. Bathroom had a good shower. We didn't dined at the restaurant, but did have a traditional small buffet for breakfast. Lots of choice and constantly replenished. We would definitely stay here again if we needed to stay near the airport.

The hotel is in a well-kept industrial complex, well out of the way from the center of Lyon and close to two of the nearby roads. Our room had a modern campanile that was better than many others. The evening's dinner consisted of a very nice vegetable lasagne with green salad and chips with a generous portion size, and the chief minister had a fantastic pierre john dory with mustard sauce and basmati rice. In our 20 years of using them, this was the nicest meal we've ever had in a campanile. Breakfast was great if you enjoy high sugar and high fat foods, but I was deficient in healthy alternatives, and the fruit salad was gone. We were the only ones there for breakfast, which curiously had excellent service provided by two different female employees at the front desk and the restaurant.

I didn't know what to expect here, but I had a great night's sleep despite arriving late and leaving early. The woman who checked me in was kind and helpful, and she did her job well with my French sluggishness! I didn't eat here, but the restaurant appeared to be fine, I would have done it if I had arrived earlier.
