L' endroit est magnifique, avec une belle vue et la propreté des lieux, de la chambre. La chambre est très confortable et très propre . Le personnel à l'accueil est sympathique. Merci à toute l' équipe de l'hôtel. Nous avons passé un bon séjour avec ma compagne.

This was out 8th visit to Nice and the surrounding area in the last 15 years and we found this the ideal property for those wanting to explore Nice and the surrounding area. Only a short walk to the tram line which runs into central nice and the old town and even the airport with a simple change between Ligne 1 and 2. The Nice Riquier station is of equal distance south of the hotel and will get you to the popular beach of Villefranche Sur mer in less than 2 mins or Monaco in approx 20 mins. Grand Corniche bus stop opposite the hotel takes you to the port or many other neighbouring villages/beauty spots. Walk to the port is about 15 mins, old town approx 25 (we had 2 kids under 10 with us). The decent sized Super U supermarket is housed underneath the hotel so provisions are easily accessed. Rooms are a decent size and beds comfortable. Kitchen is sufficient for a family of four but could be slightly better equipped. The reception team are very welcoming and spoke good English to support our not so good French. We had a delayed flight and arrived near to 1am but the night staff met us at the door and provided a key with no hassle. The hotel is twinned with a seniors residence which makes for a lovely and quiet environment, perfect for young families or couples looking for a quieter hotel. The pool was also far better than we anticipated. A Good size and depth for our 2 children and great to cool down in the hot weather.

We really loved our stay at this place. Very calm and quiet.The reception is very welcoming. I think The hotel is newly renovated so it is very clean and well kept. room and a kitchen equipped with almost all the essentials(fridge,hob,microwave,plates and cutleries). A supermarket just beside the building. Tram going to the city center and train going around cote d azur(3-5mins walk) very nice! +++ the hotel has a pool.. being a shared hotel and senior residence doesn't bother and we even did not notice it at all.. definitely will choose to stay here again next time..

Per chi vuole girare Nizza e dintorni lo consiglio . Siamo stati solo 4 notti quindi volendo girare e visitare non abbiamo avuto il tempo di fare un bagno in piscina o fare una partita a scacchi o a biliardo tutto servizi inclusi. Sarà per la prossima volta.

Très bel immeuble, de beaux appartements, bien entretenu et propres. Les logement sont spacieux. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et la tranquillité. Si je retourne à Nice, aucun doute que je réserverai à nouveau à cet endroit. Conseil au voyageur : soyez prudent avec google map, l'appli ne tag pas au bon endroit. Je vous conseille de valider sur google street view pour bien comprendre... Je recommande au gestionnaire d'ajuster l'emplacement sur google. J'ai moi même orienter quelques personnes perdues... Conseil au voyageur : la porte de l'établissement est barré en permanence. Vous devez utiliser l'intercom pour sonner à la réception et ils vont nous ouvrir à distance. Je recommande au gestionnaire de mettre une petite pancarte permanente en francais et en anglais. De la façon dont c'est fait, les non francophone n'ont aucune chance de comprendre. J'ai dû ouvrir à quelques uns... Contrairement à ce qui était indiqué sur l'annonce, il n'y a pas de buanderie.
