We met many great people at this rp resort but the most impressive were Stephanie and Alexandra. Both ladies exemplify the meaning of hospitality and should be recognized. Stephanie went out of her way to assist us with our axis car rental and alexandra helped us with the heat in our room. Lile de la laguna is fortunate to have these lovely young women on her team.

Some hotels have spas, others have hotels. The spa is underrated here. The front desk is very accommodating, the parking area is not very spacious, the private beach looks appealing, but swimming in the Laguna is forbidden. The receptionists are incredibly helpful, and a boat shuttle to the beach is readily accessible. However, some of the more frequent customers seem to be more friendly to them than others. Sadly, despite several attempts to use chemicals and the lobby, ants occupied several breakfast tables in the room. However, despite being provided in numerous breakfast buffets and breakfast tables, there were ants in the room. The restaurant's food is excellent, but it is only served on a set menu, not a la carte? And I wouldn't expect nespressocoffee!.

We have stayed in this amazing hotel for over a year, which is why last year we were able to return with four family members. The hotel is located in a lovely location on the lagoon, and a private boat takes you to the neighboring beach. The food and service were excellent, and the staff was really friendly and accommodating. We're very eager to come back in a few weeks.
