This hotel is close to the old town and close to the tram. It's located in a nice area and this hotel has a great quality room with a big bathroom. In the room I got an awesome bathroom and a comfortable check-in time. There are stairs you have to carry your luggage as there is a stairs when you enter the room. There is also a walkway. It takes 35 minutes to walk to the walk to every place. I will definitely come back to stay there again.

It looks like there's a renovation work going on, but then if the inspection will complete by 1600, I will recommend this place to everyone, the place will disappoint.

The charming and centrally located residence martine in Nice was where our family recently spent three days. It is strongly suggested. The entire team is incredibly welcoming, cordial, and helpful, and they have a rare sense of genuine hospitality. They were ready to answer any questions we had and provide recommendations before we got there. Our apartment-style accommodations were very cozy, spotless, and roomy, and we were able to conveniently prepare meals for our little ones. The breakfasts were wonderful and plentiful, and they were served in a beautiful outdoor setting. We loved the very cosy living area in the foyer and the opportunity to play in the pool! Residence martine is a great choice for family trips.

The hotel is in a great location. Close to the train station, the masses square, and 15 minutes on foot from the old town. The staff is really kind and everyone is smiling. Yet. The room is quite small and there was nowhere to put suitcases. Breakfast is served only in the room. This is not terrible, I just wanted to know it from the day of booking. The breakfast includes a few things, the rest are additional costs! I'm sorry that I had to tell them to come and get the trash out of the room, for the room not cleaned during the 5 days we stayed and the towels weren't changed!.

We had a pleasant experience here. The location was strategically located close to the tram line, but also very nice to get to anywhere. It's also very easy to get around the city and other places. The room was really good, clean, and cozy for our family of four. The communal area also has a pool and mutual which is helpful to keep our young children happy. The staff was attentive and helped us have a happy stay. Thanks.
