The residence is located on the edge of a wood, opposite the Canche Valley. It offers a wonderful, clear view. The apartments are pleasant, comfortable with contemporary decoration. The beach and the shops are located 2 km away, accessible very quickly by bike. Residence 'recommended by children' with free children's activities for 6-12 year olds during the French school holidays in February. To note: the swimming pool will be exceptionally closed from 03/04/2015 to 30/04/2015. The nearest shops are located 1 km away. The town centre is 1. 5 km. Market at Le Touquet every Thursday and Saturday. Fish and farm products market on Saturday morning at the covered market in Le Touquet. Country market on Tuesdays and Friday morning in Etaples/mer (6 km).
