This place is so simple and the location is just right for children as well as adults. The spa pool is great. Every time we went there after skiing we stayed here to chill. We will definitely return to this family resort next year.

Great value for money - The perfect apartment for a ski holiday with everything you could possibly need. You can stay at this hotel with a comfy atmosphere, beautiful views, and close to slopes. I recommend it. I got the 100 beige bus from the airport and it drops you off within 100 meters of the apartment, there is a supermarket around 300 meters and the staff is helpful.

After one week, we only used the pool once, whereas we chose this hotel for swimming. Very pleasant reception. There is space for the kids to play. Nice little kitchen. Payment for parking space in the vehicle. On arrival, the room was mildly clean, with crusts and dust under the couch and the beds. The pool is too cold, the feet must be cleaned properly, the jacuzzi is too small and always overcrowded, and there is only one on two mammals to operate, there is no sauna. Bad couch cushions. I didn't have a good night. Normal bed is acceptable. We paid cleaning services before departure, but the cleaning lady kept complaining about being filthy. There was nothing to complain about. I would have preferred to clean myself rather than pay! Conclusion We had a great vacation, but we won't be returning for the price.

I recommend this place to anybody looking for a place to stay. This place is really good and nice for four people. I stayed here for four nights, and we are very satisfied with the quality of service of the apartment. They have good facilities for 4 people, and the location is next to paste. We will be back here again.

This is my third halfterm stay. I booked a room at the apartment that is well equipped and reasonably priced. I had to pay a 400 euros deposit when I checked in, but even though I checked out two and a half weeks ago, the deposit is still pending on my credit card. I have emailed three times but have not received any response, and I can't get any answer. Where is the customer service? Without this issue, I would have only given it three stars.
