Each house offers its own private pool measuring either 4 or 7 metres in length (unheated) and a furnished terrace. The communal pool (20 × 4.5 m) includes deckchairs and a dedicated children’s area, making it ideal for families. Please note that there is no indoor swimming pool.A charging station is available on site at an additional cost. A security deposit is required upon arrival: €500 for studios and apartments, and €1,000 for other accommodation types.Maximum occupancy may not be exceeded, including children and infants. If additional guests are declared, a paid upgrade may be offered subject to availability; otherwise, the reservation may be cancelled without refund.
