If you plan to stay in Marseille with your family and want to stay longer than 23 days, the location is good. But at Calypso, you have a mini kitchen to cook as well as a nearby supermarket, McDonald's and subway. Beach is a 25-minute walk away, so be prepared if you have children. And the barley section is a 10 minute walk away, and it's a great place to go for walks and running. Bus stop is across the street, if you want to go downtown, you must go to Prado and take a red line and then a blue line, sounds complex, but it's not too bad, and the red line goes directly to Charles Station. It might cost 2540 euros to board a taxi. Rooms are fine, you will have basic food in your mini kitchen to prepare, but it's not too cold. The air conditioner is not very good, so it might not be very cold, but just comfortable enough to sleep. Hot water in the bathroom could change to cold and very hot, I'm not sure why. You must clean the room as it was before checkout. The supervisor is extremely friendly and available when you need her. She usually arrives around 10 am.4.2/529 Oct 2023

This apartment home is located in a middle class area. The rooms are neat and comfortable. The air conditioning is functional and vital during the summer. It is provided free and reliable internet. The distance to marseilles city center is uncomfortably short. The city center is about eight a.m. from it. Public transportation requires taking one bus and two separate metro lines, which all together costs eur 2. Around 21.30 is when the bus line stops. A taxi between the last metro station and the residence costs eur 10. Another drawback is that the schedule for the reception check office is not open at all during the usual opening hours.4.2/528 Sep 2022

I came here for the Euro 2016 tournament because it was close to the stadium. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the other side and you're on a beautiful beach. The room was neat and clean, but the ladies had many rules that were designed to make it easier for girls to live, but not to give the customers a better experience.4.0/51 May 2022

I stayed in an apartment with 2 separate bedrooms, a living room, and a terrace. The top floor rooms are quiet, the towels are only changed one time a week, there is no cleaning or change of sheets. The kitchenette is fully equipped for 4 people but enough. You must prepare everything, including breakfast. Fortunately, a harbor is right across the street. The air conditioning is silent and works well. The fridge is very noisy. Avoid rooms on the ground floor with a street view as they are very noisy.Popular Facilities
