If you plan to spend at least one week right next to the main beach, this is the place for you. The town has several grocery stores within a short walk, two laundromats close by, and literally everything else in Biarritz is within a short walk of the apartment. Despite the street side being quite noisy at night, the ocean side might get strong winds. Most accommodations over the ground level have balconies. There are dishes, a refrigerator, a microwave with an oven, and a stove, all of which are available. But you must buy everything else yourself, and you should have everything else you should get on your own. Otherwise, suggest the place. Parking is incredibly constrained.

We had a great time there. The sixth-floor view of the beach is amazing. However, the building is a little worn-out, but the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were large enough. Parking is a little difficult due to how little it is and how difficult it is for larger cars. The receptionists were kind enough. Not saying this is the finest accommodation, but the setting and view are truly spectacular.

This hotel is very disappointing. We were coming from Spain, and all the prices were decent for us on a tight budget. The room was really good but there are no views of the sea, as advertised.

I was welcomed by friendly and helpful personnel at check-in. The property is in need of renovation, and with the exception of the recently renovated bathroom, the room needs a thorough renovation. Beds are not all cozy and sink in the middle. Very basic room and check inventory first. We discovered a shortage and would have been charged if we hadn't informed the staff within 3 hours of arrival. We slept on a city side in a noisy room with noisy sounds and loud music from nearby residents.

This aparthotel is located in the centre of Biarritz, a 5-minute walk from the central area where guests can find a large variety of shops, restaurants and bars. Most importantly they will be within 50 metres from the shore and the beautiful promenade.
