Séjour en amoureux. Nous avions des place à l'aréna. L'avantage c'est que nous avons tout fait a pied pas besoin de voiture. Petit souci était la douche l'eau coulait sur le côté malgré la parois. Sinon tout était níquel

It was very close to the train station which was my goal. Didn’t do enough research on food places near by. The restaurants are near the train station for reference! It was my own fault but it’s a 15 min walk. Rooms and staff were great. Rooms were bigger than I expected which was nice. Pillows weren’t the best but really enjoyed my stay overall

Arrivé un dimanche à 21h dans le froid bâtiment fermé, aucun message, impossible de joindre qui ça soit par mail ou téléphone! Il y a eu une erreur dans la réservation mais c’est quand même inadmissible de ne pouvoir contacter personne ! Le lendemain matin j’ai téléphoné à l’hôtel, le gérant m’a dit qu’on allait me rembourser, mais quand je suis passé à l’hôtel, l’hôtesse m’a répondu que ce n’était pas possible. ! Elle m’a dit qu’elle suivait les procédures, et que c’était comme ça, ce n’était pas autrement. Aucune empathie, relation client : zéro Je ne sais toujours pas si je vais être remboursé ou non.

Accès à l'hôtel âpres 22h et récupération de la carte dans le coffret à code très bien .Petit problème de carte pour accéder à la chambre mais permanence très réactive et très sympathique. Chambre Très calme.

Très bien pour le prix. Literie confortable même si elle pouvait sembler ferme. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Bien équipé pour ceux qui veulent cuisiner ou juste réchauffer un plat ou leur petit déjeuner. Mention spéciale pour la gentillesse de la dame qui s'est occupé de nous au petit déjeuner.
